What do you like best about ZoomInfo Operations?

We are particularly impressed with the user interface of ZoomInfo OperationsOS. It is straightforward and easy to use, and with the help of RingLead, onboarding was a breeze! We also like the fact that we can monitor our data through the platform, which makes it easier for us to identify opportunities for improvement in both performance parameters and criteria selection. The ability to customise gives us great confidence in actively using this product in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Operations?

I do not like the way the scores are averaged when two datasets are merged in ZoomInfo OperationsOS. This creates a lot of potential problems that can be difficult to manage or resolve properly. Also, Salesforce deduplication is essential if you don't want these complications from Marketo's auto-merge feature to become an endless cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
