The easy-to-use factor plays a vital role Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love if there were more editing options for the editing part Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoomforth provides one-on-one training sessions with really friendly and professional trainers! Outside training, you can get 24/7 help from the help desk, which is also excellent! For my projects that require me to use my company's branding, using Zoomforth has been life-changing. They have set up the templates/ colors/ fonts for you (accurately, even), so you don't have to think about the design. The features are really easy to navigate if your website is simple/ straightforward. It's so much better than Google Sites! Definitely more customizable and you can add more features into the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For my projects that require me to follow my client's branding, it gets a bit difficult because Zoomforth only prepares you with 1-2 template designs. So we had to play with the custom CSS to change it to our colors/ fonts. This can also be a bit difficult if you don't have specific color palettes for your microsite and would like just to explore. Not sure if they can provide a template with multiple color palette/ font combinations. But the custom CSS is pretty easy to learn! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoomforth is extremely easy to set up and use! It helps me create highly engaging content, pages that help our brand get significant engagements across multiple channels. Over time we have increased the organically sourced traffic on our content with the use of Zoomforth! There are tons of OOTB functionalities and features that you can use to create customizable content. They have excellent support,in case you need anything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike about Zoomforth, overall it is a great platform, and I have not found any disadvantages! They have an excellent support team if you need help in any of the things concerning with platform navigation or any of the options! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Helps me stand out against my competitors. Helps me close deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cannot really think of any. It serves as its intended use for a user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoomforth is an intuitive platform, with excellent support. It's like other What You See Is What You Get platforms, but on steroids. We want every one of our consultants to quickly and easily build brand compliant microsites in place of slide shows, articles, and other media, and Zoomforth is the easiest platform I've come across to do this. No coding (or even design!) knoweldge required, and for any of your slightly more complex or unique needs, the chat function is monitored 24/7 with excellent response and help available. I've not come across a downside so far. It would be good to be able to export a site if possible, but infrequently required - and you could argue that this would defeat the point of an interactive microsite... It would of course be better if multiple people could use one license at once, but that's not a particularly sustainable business model! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked how it was user friendly and was not too complicated to use. I also enjoy website design so I liked how you could create your own website pages and be creative with it by adding different colors, fonts, and your own touch to it. I also liked how there were videos on the side that helped you with each section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside was that you have to gain special access instead of just signing up for it. I believe there could only be a certain amount of people who could be in it so it took a while to gain access. Additionally, sometimes it was challenging to change the text background color how you wanted it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here are some points which I like the best -
1) Overall Branding - Customer is content with the overall solution
2) Data Security - Four levels of security to keep your content & customer data safe
3) Cool Data analytics features - AI savvy on how the participants are reacting and participating in the content shared Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to share, overall a decent solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Top class customer support is a big plus. Super quick turn arounds on the queries/requests.
A 20 grid layout is very useful in designing a good User Experience for websites.
Sliders, Video playlists, forms... and ZoomForth has it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
working wil HTML packages is little tiresome process. Everytime we need to upload the whole package in a .zip format. But its manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best thing about is, it's a less code to design the content.
Even no code option is there, however using no code few of the expression we cannot share through users
You can share the contents to specific group and has more secured Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though it's secured, there is a risk like few options were still confusing the users
Also there are few competitors like slide share, Wix Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Cloud SaaS offering - This is by far one of the best feature of Zoomforth! You need not have any underlying infrastructure. Simply sign-up for the service and you start using the console and deploying microsites, without needing to worry about the deployment of the actual software.
2. Easy reachability to customers - When compared to old school documentation and files which people general tend not to read or view much, this tool provides you strong capability to create interactive sites in minutes and share across for the smallest use case you're having. 1. Learning curve - Since this concept of using microsites instead of documents is relatively new in the industry, it required quite a good amount of learning and hands-on experience, before you start building good content. Therefore, you'll need to have a food amount of patience, before starting to create shareable microsites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
