I find Zoom Workplace easy to start a meeting and appreciate its secure setup. I really like the features like AI Companion, AI Summarization, and automated follow-ups, which make it easy to understand and help keep my team on the same page. The auto-transcribe and AI summary features save me time. It's very easy to set up, taking only about 10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The desktop app seems heavy, needs to make it light weight, sometime it's take long to connect and join a meeting.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:**

One of the best Video Conference tool, if you often have meetings, daily scrum with your remote team.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace because it's easy to start meetings, offers secure connections, and provides auto transcriptions and AI summarizations. It saves time, simplifies understanding, and helps keep my team on the same page with automated follow-ups.

  ### 2. All-in-One, Reliable Collaboration Hub for Meetings, Chat, and File Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hesham E. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place. It makes communication very smooth through video meetings, chat, and file sharing, which helps save time and stay organized. I also find it very reliable and easy to use, even for long sessions or team collaboration. Features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms make it especially helpful for training, coaching, and group work.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

overwhelming with too many features, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to get used to everything.
Also, occasional connection or audio issues can interrupt meetings, which can be frustrating, especially during important discussions. Another downside is that long meetings can feel tiring, especially when you have several sessions back-to-back.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of communication gaps, especially when teams are working remotely or in different locations. Instead of relying on long emails or delayed responses, it allows instant meetings, quick discussions, and real-time collaboration.
For me, this makes a big difference in staying connected with my team or students. It saves time, makes explanations clearer through screen sharing, and helps avoid misunderstandings.

  ### 3. Great AI Meeting Minutes, But High Data Usage Can Be a Challenge

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit G. | Financial Analyst Trainee, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace AI’s automated MoM generation, once activated, quickly provides a summary of the meeting based on the discussion and highlights the important pointers, saving me from spending hours doing it manually. Zoom Workplace’s synchronization with Outlook also helps me set up meetings in no time. Overall, Zoom is one of the easiest and most convenient tools to use, which makes it an easy choice for users.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom’s high data usage per minute or hour is a bit of a drawback, especially when we’re away at a site dealing with network issues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me view all my meetings at a glance, giving me a clear, comprehensive summary of my schedule compared with my free time. Overall, Zoom Workplace is great for Android and iOS users.

  ### 4. Easy Client Meetings with Smart Calendar Sync and AI Meeting Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhan B. | Developer support engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love Zoom because it’s the app I usually use to meet with clients when needed. It’s very easy to use—once you schedule a meeting, it’s automatically added to your calendar.

It also now uses AI to take notes during the discussion, then sends you an email with a summary afterward. You can review the notes and take advantage of many other new features and updates as well.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I don’t like most about Zoom is the on-screen drawing/annotation tool. It can be hard to find at times, and there isn’t an easy shortcut to quickly delete what you’ve drawn. As a result, the person on the other end can sometimes get confused.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of using multiple disconnected tools to run meetings, follow up on action items, and keep communication organized. Instead of switching between a video app, email, chat, calendar, and a notes tool, it brings these workflows together—so information isn’t lost and follow-ups happen faster.

For me, the biggest benefit is integration. For example, when I schedule a Zoom meeting, it automatically syncs with Google Calendar, includes the meeting link, and sends reminders—so clients join easily and I don’t have to manually send details. After the call, Zoom’s AI meeting summary/notes can be sent to email or shared with the team, and I can post key takeaways to Zoom Team Chat or create follow-up tasks. This reduces back-and-forth, keeps everyone aligned, and saves time on documentation and coordination.

  ### 5. Zoom Workplace Simplifies Work with an All-in-One, Easy-to-Use Collaboration Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelanjana M. | Sr. Corporate Trainer/ Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place, making day-to-day work much simpler and more organized.

The biggest advantage is its all-in-one collaboration approach. Instead of switching between multiple tools, you can handle meetings, chat, calls, file sharing, and even task coordination within the same platform. This saves time and reduces confusion, especially in team environments.

Another strong point is the ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even new users can quickly get comfortable without much training. This is especially helpful in training or corporate settings where participants may have different levels of technical knowledge.

I also appreciate the reliability of video and audio quality. Meetings are generally stable, with features like screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and live captions working smoothly, which is very useful for training sessions and workshops.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

one thing that can be worked upon is the constant notifications from chats, meetings, and updates can become distracting if not managed properly. It requires some manual effort to customize settings and avoid interruptions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves time wasted on repetitive tasks and information overload. With built-in AI (like meeting summaries, notes, and task automation), it reduces manual effort and helps users focus on more meaningful work

  ### 6. Zoom Workplace: Intuitive, All-in-One Collaboration That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole M. | Insurance Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Meeting, scheduling one, or hopping into chat is very intuitive, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. It just works without a lot of setup or confusion.

Another strong point is how it combines multiple tools in one platform. Instead of switching between apps, you get video meetings, team chat, phone calls, whiteboards, and file sharing all together. That saves time and keeps things organized.

People also like the reliability. Compared to a lot of other platforms, Zoom tends to have stable video/audio quality, even with larger groups or weaker internet connections.

On top of that, features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording make it great for both work and personal use—whether you're running meetings, training sessions, or collaborating on projects.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that it can feel cluttered with so many features packed into one interface.
It also sometimes requires frequent updates, which can be inconvenient if you’re trying to join a meeting quickly.
Additionally, the chat and file organization tools aren’t always as intuitive or robust compared to other dedicated platforms.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that it can feel cluttered with so many features packed into one interface.

  ### 7. Reliable Video Calls with a Surprisingly Helpful AI Assistant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aayushman J. | Undergraduate Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Honestly, it’s the reliability. I’ve used Teams and Google Meet, but Zoom seems to hold onto a connection even when my Wi-Fi is acting up. I also really like the new "AI Companion" summary feature. It saves me from having to scribble notes like a madman during a call; I can just focus on the conversation and read the recap afterward to see what my action items are. The interface remains clean even as they add more "Workplace" features like the whiteboard and team chat.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The "everything app" approach is getting a bit cluttered. Sometimes I just want to join a quick call, but the app tries to push me toward the Team Chat or the Mail integration, which I don’t really use. Also, the updates are constant—it feels like every other time I open the app, I have to wait 2 minutes for a mandatory update before I can jump into my meeting, which can be stressful if I'm already running late.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solved the “fragmented workflow” problem for me. Instead of bouncing between recording software, a notepad, and a video app, I can do everything in one window. The biggest benefit is the time savings. Having a searchable transcript of a 60-minute technical meeting is huge—I can pull up a specific mention of a deadline or a project spec in seconds, rather than scrubbing through an entire video file.

  ### 8. Smooth and Feature-Rich Meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somnath S. | Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It's reliability and ease of use. Meetings run smoothly without crashes or interruptions, and the platform combines simplicity with powerful features like screen sharing, collaborative whiteboards, and AI meeting assistants. It makes teamwork seamless and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some of its advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, and the interface has a lot of options that may require extra time to learn. Occasional audio or video quality issues also occur depending on network stability, which can disrupt the flow of meetings.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps address some of the biggest challenges in modern collaboration: unreliable meetings, fragmented communication tools, and the difficulty of keeping teams connected. Thanks to its stability and smooth interface, my meetings run without interruptions or crashes, which feels like a major improvement compared to other platforms I’ve used. That reliability keeps discussions on track, saves time, and reduces frustration.
Beyond video calls, Zoom Workplace brings messaging, scheduling, screen sharing, and collaborative whiteboards together in one place, so I’m not constantly juggling multiple apps. This all-in-one setup makes teamwork feel more seamless, whether I’m coordinating projects, brainstorming ideas, or handling day-to-day communication. The AI-powered assistants are also useful for note-taking and summaries, which helps boost productivity and makes it less likely that anything gets missed.
Overall, Zoom Workplace gives me a dependable, unified workspace that improves efficiency, keeps my team aligned, and lets me focus on the work itself instead of spending time troubleshooting technology.

  ### 9. Simple and Easy Tool for Online meetings and classes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pravesh K. | Laboratory Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very easy to use. I can quickly join meetings without any problem. The video and audio quality are good, so communication is clear. I also like features like screen sharing, chat, and recording, which help in work and learning. It saves time and makes online meetings simple and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the internet connection affects the meeting quality. The video or audio can lag or stop. Also, the free version has a time limit for group meetings, which can be inconvenient. Sometimes it also uses a lot of battery and data.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves communication and teamwork problems by bringing meetings, chat, and work tools in one place.

Benefit to me: It saves time, makes work easy, and helps me stay connected from anywhere.

  ### 10. Easy, Reliable Virtual Meetings with Seamless Screen Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreia S. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability for virtual meetings and collaboration. The video and audio quality is consistent, screen sharing is seamless, and scheduling meetings is straightforward. It also integrates well with other tools, which makes teamwork more efficient and communication much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that occasional connectivity or audio issues can occur, especially with large meetings or weaker internet connections. Additionally, some advanced features can be a bit confusing for new users, and managing multiple meetings at once can sometimes be cumbersome. Improving stability and simplifying certain settings would enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of remote communication and collaboration by providing a reliable platform for video meetings, webinars, and team collaboration. It benefits me by making it easy to connect with colleagues, clients, and partners regardless of location, reducing travel time, improving productivity, and enabling more efficient decision-making through real-time interaction.

  ### 11. Zoom - A 10 If They Improve the Waiting Room

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Of Counsel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom handles large meetings well. I don’t have much experience running large meetings on other platforms, so I can’t really compare, but the UI/UX is familiar enough that most people can figure it out without much trouble. In my experience, the connections also seem solid and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Meeting hosts and cohosts absolutely should be able to see the video feed of people in the waiting room and be able to question them regarding their attendance. Not doing so opens public meetings to "Zoom bombing". Fix the waiting room, and Zoom bombers will have to up their game.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like having a personal meeting room that stays the same whenever I need it. It makes scheduling and running my weekly meetings much easier and more consistent.

  ### 12. Zoom’s Rock-Solid Calls and a Time-Saving AI Meeting Assistant

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keerthan P. | Associate Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom daily for video calls, screen sharing, and the AI meeting assistant and it nails all three. Video conferencing is rock solid, rarely any lag or drop issues even on longer calls. Screen sharing is super smooth and easy to set up, which matters a lot when I'm walking someone through dashboards or code. But the real game changer for me has been the AI meeting assistant it generates pretty accurate meeting summaries so I don't have to worry about taking notes while I'm presenting or deep in a discussion. I just focus on the conversation and catch up on the summary later. Saves me a ton of time honestly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The AI meeting summaries are good but not always perfect sometimes it misses key action items or gets context slightly off, so I still end up double-checking them. Also, the screen sharing options could be a little more intuitive picking between sharing a specific window vs full screen vs a portion of the screen feels clunkier than it should be. Minor stuff overall, but would be nice if those got polished up a bit.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping meetings productive without losing track of what was discussed. I'm in calls a lot walkthroughs, demos, team syncs and before the AI meeting assistant, I'd either miss stuff while presenting or spend extra time writing up notes after. Now I just let the AI handle the summary and focus on the actual conversation. That alone has saved me a good chunk of time every week. Screen sharing also makes remote collaboration way easier I can pull up a dashboard or walk through something live without needing to send a bunch of screenshots or recordings. Basically, Zoom keeps my remote workflow smooth and cuts down on the back-and-forth that slows things down.

  ### 13. User-Friendly Meeting Hub with Summaries and Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** utsav t. | Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is very handy in creating these meetings and easy to navigate and most best thing about it is user friendly and clear instruction.
Its a whole pack of google meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp all in one.
Its well balanced between professional and friendly. No lag or any such things faced by me.
Best thing about it is the summarization of meeting and the connectivity of calendar to the mail.
I am using free account not sure about company pricing.
Only reason company are not using because of the domination of market by Google and Microsoft, I prefer zoom for collaboration than teams and meet for sure.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom doesn't have many other tools like excel or google sheets or mail or copilot and Gemini or any similar software so as a company i would prefer Microsoft subscriptions or google subscriptions it would be cost effective to buy in bundle

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we forget what have been discussed in meeting instead of seeing the whole recording see the summarization it is quick and handy and most importantly time saving

  ### 14. Zoom Makes Calls Fast, Easy, and Collaborative with Helpful AI Summaries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun K. | Associate Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom helps me interact with my colleagues efficiently and comfortably. It’s easy to initiate calls, and it opens quickly even the first time I try to load it. I also like the quick integrations, such as the whiteboard, which is helpful when I’m trying to explain something to someone else on the call. The AI feature that summarizes the call is good as well. While setting up the things for the first time - the single sign on feature helped to login and authenticate quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The floating window which appears while you share the screen blocks the content all the time, i need to manually hide the floating window each time i share the screen, also the recording could be made available instantly right after the call, whereas currently need to wait 10-20 minutes to get the recording and the meeting summary in the email.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a remote-first organization, Zoom Workplace has been the tool that’s helped us work effectively. It makes it easy to interact with colleagues, whether we’re talking directly, showing something on video, or sharing our screen. Overall, Zoom is our go-to platform for day-to-day communication and collaboration.

  ### 15. Easy,Simple and Reliable All in one tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana Kristine G. | Lead generation specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use and how it keeps everything—meetings, chat, and collaboration—all in one place. It makes it simple to stay connected and get work done, and it feels reliable day to day.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are so many features, which makes the interface a bit confusing at first. On top of that, meetings can occasionally lag or run into connection issues, and that can be especially frustrating during important calls.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace addresses the problem of having too many separate tools for communication and collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, calls, and documents together in one platform. For me, that means I don’t have to keep switching between different apps just to communicate or get work done. It helps me stay organized, save time, and focus more on my tasks instead of managing multiple tools. It also makes teamwork smoother, since everything—meetings, messages, and files—is available in one place.

  ### 16. Powerful, Reliable Conferencing with Great Quality and an Improved UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad O. | Salesforce Business Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is a very useful and powerful tool for audio and video conferencing, especially for meetings. The audio and video quality is usually very good and clear. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the user interface has improved compared to earlier versions, and it feels reliable for industry use. The feature I like most is that Zoom includes so many features and tools integrated within the app itself, which helps reduce users’ screen time and improves the team’s productivity.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes it feels very slow and laggy, especially on low network connections. The free version also has many limitations, and the paid plans or subscriptions are very expensive. Most advanced features are only available with the paid plans.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration issues, especially in a remote work environment. Before using Zoom, coordinating meetings and scheduling client calls, as well as sharing files and data, was very difficult and often felt laggy and slow. Now, using Zoom Workplace has made our tasks and schedules simpler and easier to manage. It improves my productivity, helps the whole team coordinate more smoothly, saves time, and makes communication more efficient overall.

  ### 17. Zoom Workplace: Easy UI, Great Audio, and Handy AI Companion Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishit C. | Security Delivery Associate Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is one the best and prominent Collaboration platform, Its User interface is real easy compared to competitor. Audio quality is far better. I have never observed any lag while using Zoom workplace.
File sharing, chat rooms feature- you can send 1:1 message even when part of a group chat room. It also has a white board add-in which is really useful to present while in a group call. AI Companion also eases the life with all the search options, capturing and writing concise notes.

Hassle free collaborate with all remote team members in hybrid work culture challenges.
AI companion helps in capturing minutes and formalizes before being shared across, documents actions items which somehow eliminates the fear of missing out on key meeting notes and people pay full attention on discussion.
it has some apps which allows integration with google meet, outlook, google drive which is a good feature.
private chat room while part of group calls to maintain privacy.
Crystal clear sound quality really enhances listening experience.

  ### 18. Zoom Workspace’s AI Companions Summaries Save Me 20 Minutes After Every Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ushpal P. | System Admin, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love the AI Companions summary feature in Zoom Workspace. It saves me around 20 minutes of admin work after every departmental sync, because I no longer have to manually type out action items.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While I appreciate the all-in-one approach, the interface is starting to feel a bit crowded. I’d really like a Lite Mode for days when I just need to focus on calls, without all the extra tabs competing for attention. The AI summaries are helpful overall, but they occasionally struggle with technical industry terms, so I still need to do a quick manual edit now and then.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Zoom Workplace solves for me is meeting friction. Before, I spent hours every week summarizing calls and chasing down action items. Now, the AI Companion does about 90% of that work instantly. It’s also significantly reduced my app fatigue: being able to pull up a Zoom Doc or a Whiteboard directly inside the meeting window keeps the team focused on the task, instead of hunting for links across other apps. Overall, it turns a video call into a productive work session.

  ### 19. Streamlines Team Collaboration with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Komal P. | HR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace's ease of use and reliability. The intuitive interface makes scheduling and joining meetings hassle-free. I appreciate features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms, which make meetings more interactive and productive. The audio and video quality are generally stable, even with moderate internet connectivity, which is very important for smooth communication. From an HR perspective, it’s especially helpful for conducting interviews and coordinating with multiple stakeholders efficiently. Overall, it provides a seamless and professional virtual meeting experience. I also find the integration with tools like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook helpful for scheduling and managing meetings efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is overall very reliable, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, minor connectivity issues or lags can occur during longer meetings, especially with unstable internet, which can affect the flow of discussion. The time limitation in the free version can also be restrictive for longer meetings or interviews. Additionally, managing large meetings can sometimes feel slightly complex for new users, especially when handling multiple participants, breakout rooms, or settings. Improving stability in low-bandwidth conditions and simplifying some advanced features would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to eliminate communication gaps, enabling remote and hybrid meetings, interviews, and collaborations. It saves time by allowing virtual interactions and solves coordination challenges with features like screen sharing and chat, ensuring efficient and structured processes in HR tasks.

  ### 20. Easy Zoom Scheduling with Smart Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise S. | User experience researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Scheduling Zoom calls is easy. It links with my work calendar, so I can quickly see when colleagues are free and set up meetings without back-and-forth. I also like that notes taken in the chat during a call can be shared with colleagues and saved, so they aren’t lost once the call ends. The calendar view shows public holidays and colleagues’ annual leave as well, which makes it faster to find a suitable time and schedule meetings more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I can’t set “turn off AI assistant” as the default, so we have to switch it off at the start of every call. I suspect those settings are controlled by our account admin. During calls, the Zoom controls also often feel like they’re in the way, especially when I’m sharing my screen. Sometimes the Zoom tasks build up (I’m checking elsewhere) and it makes me anxious, since the number can get quite high. I also don’t like the wording of “X is inviting you to view the meeting summary” — it comes across as passive-aggressive.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easing scheduling and hosting of calls. Famous brand with a lot of recognition for scheduling calls outside of our company. People are familair with it even if they don't use it consistently.

  ### 21. Zoom is the best video platform for meetings and more!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | The Communicator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is the best, easy-to-use and dynamic video conferencing platform. I have used it for years for meetings, and have hosted webinars as well. When I have to video conference on almost any platform, I complain. I love all the features and thought put into this platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I don't think there is anything I dislike about Zoom, other than when I go to get on a meeting and suddenly it has to update. It does sometimes make me late to the meeting by a few minutes.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a remote team so we are able to hold our one-on-one and team meetings, as well as project meetings via Zoom. Not to mention we do consulting and have been able to complete trainings, workshops, and other sessions via Zoom.

  ### 22. Consistently Reliable Video and Audio Quality, Even on Unstable Connections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe C. | Lead Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The video and audio quality is consistently reliable, even on unstable connections. Calls stay smooth, with minimal lag and very few dropped frames.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The free plan's 40 minute meeting limit feels restrictive for longer colalborative sessions. The desktop app can be resource heavy, slowing down older machines during extended calls.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Zoom Workplace, our team struggled with unreliable video calls and the constant need to switch between separate tools for messaging, meetings, and scheduling. That back-and-forth regularly cost us hours of productivity each week. Now we can run seamless back-to-back meetings, chat, and coordinate calendars all in one place. As a result, we spend roughly 30% less time on meeting logistics, and our remote collaboration experience feels noticeably smoother overall.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes be overwhelming with notifications and meeting invites. Also, long video calls can feel tiring, and occasionally the connection or audio lags, which can interrupt the flow of work.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of staying connected and collaborating when people aren’t in the same office. It makes meetings, chats, and file sharing all easy to do in one place. For me, this means I can work with my team smoothly, get quick answers, and keep projects moving without needing to be physically together, which saves time and keeps things organized.

Zoom Workplace solved remote communications issues by enabling quick meetings, clear discussions, and easy screen sharing. The easy-to-use interface and reliable video quality ensure smooth, uninterrupted communication, saving time and making meetings simple and efficient.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The most helpful part about Zoom is that it integrates seamlessly into my Google Calendar app.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think having a few more options and perhaps a quicker start-to-finish process for meetings. when they come up unexpectedly. The automatic calendar pop-up can be a little much.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:**

Zoom is a quality tool that makes conferencing easy and quick, and does not create the lag of some others like Google Hangout or gotomeeting. I highly recommend it, especially for business usage to bring together teams or offsite workers. The quality is completely unmatched and the picture comes through quite clearly, excellent audio as well and the controls are easy, even for not technical people.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have offices across the world and this makes it quick and easy to connect with our offices and co-workers.

  ### 26. Zoom Makes Group Meetings Effortless with Powerful Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Interaction Content Designer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is a great video-conferencing platform that makes it easy to host group meetings. It also has extra features like polls, breakout rooms, reactions, voting, recording, transcriptions, and other special tools, which is helpful for collaboration between teams. I also think the UI of the platform is quite easy to navigate and use.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some dislikes I have with zoom is centred around its app. Most times after opening the Zoom app, my webcam automatically comes on without my request. Additionally, the app randomly crashes after a while, which can be very frustrating. It's also difficult sometime getting support in tackling some issues I come across.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps collaboration and communication between teams easy. Instead of using different tools for meetings and chats or scheduling, Zoom brings everything together in one place. It helps save time and effort, and make collaboration seamless. Also, the addition of Zoom AI makes it even better because I can easily summarise meetings, compose messages and emails, drafting, and transcribe conversations.

  ### 27. Simple, versatile, and highly recommended!

I like how simple it is to use Zoom Workplace, even for people who aren't very tech-savvy, I find it very versatile. The ease of sharing a file, a PowerPoint, an Excel, or any task done to share on screen allows interaction with everyone connected at the same time. Additionally, the initial setup process for Zoom Workplace was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes, depending on certain connections and the distance between users, smooth interaction is hindered by service interruptions or micro-outages, requiring equipment to be restarted.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:**

As I have already mentioned, when you are genuinely reliable with your computer security shields, they will undoubtedly be a global success!

  ### 28. Reliable and Easy-to-Use Platform for Work Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis F. | Gerente de Mercadotecnia Digital, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is very reliable and extremely easy to use. I mainly use it for work meetings, and it works consistently well without technical issues. Scheduling meetings, sharing presentations, and collaborating with team members is very straightforward. One of my favorite features is the AI meeting assistant. The automatic summaries are very accurate and capture the key points and action items, which saves a lot of time after meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Overall, my experience has been very positive. If anything, some of the advanced features could be easier to find within the interface. Other than that, the platform is stable and works very well for everyday professional communication.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace makes it easy for teams to communicate and collaborate remotely. It helps us run efficient meetings, share presentations quickly, and keep everyone aligned even when working from different locations. The AI-generated summaries are especially useful because they reduce the need to take manual notes and make it easier to review what was discussed after the meeting.

  ### 29. Zoom Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to join Zoom meetings and collaborate with the team. The one-click meeting links and calendar integration make it simple to jump into calls quickly without wasting time troubleshooting. This has improved my workflow by helping meetings start on time and making communication with teammates much smoother throughout the day. An unexpected benefit I’ve discovered is how useful the chat and screen-sharing features are for quick problem-solving and team collaboration, especially when working remotely.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One challenge I’ve experienced with Zoom is adjusting the meeting views during calls. Switching between speaker view, gallery view, and shared screen layouts can sometimes feel confusing and not very intuitive, especially during larger meetings. This can slow down participation and make it harder to stay focused on presentations or team discussions. It would be helpful if the controls for changing views were more clearly labeled and easier to access during meetings. Adding simpler customization options or a quick tutorial for new users could also improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zoom, our remote team struggled to find a reliable and consistent way for everyone to meet and communicate in one place. Coordinating meetings through multiple platforms often caused confusion, delays, and missed information. Since implementing Zoom, we’ve been able to bring everyone together in a single virtual workspace for meetings, training sessions, and team collaboration. This has improved communication across the team, made meetings easier to organize, and helped employees working from home stay connected and engaged. As a result, we’ve saved time on scheduling and troubleshooting while creating a more efficient and productive remote work environment.

I find their recent addition of AI helps me to plan for my calls and as a note taker, it works fantastic at making sure I stay on track with follow-ups. I also love that Zoom ensures I never have more than one appointment by checking all my appointments. It's easy to integrate with all my other platforms like HubSpot, Gmail, Apollo, and LinkedIn. The initial setup was simple, which I love.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It can feel a bit expensive for me, especially since I’m a small agency.

I use Zoom Workplace for easy access and reliable connectivity. It helps plan calls with AI, tracks follow-ups, integrates with platforms like HubSpot and Gmail, and keeps appointments organized, making scheduling effortless.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the 40-minute limit on the free plan, which can interrupt longer meetings. Also, sometimes audio or device settings can be a bit confusing to manage. Overall it’s minor, but could be smoother.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication by bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into one place. It helps me stay connected with my team and work smoothly even when working remotely. Overall, it saves time and makes collaboration much easier and more organized.

  ### 32. Zoom is a staple in my Technical Support skills toolbox

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg A. W. | Technical Support Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how I can easily switch virtual backgrounds depending on which client I am working with.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The ability to allow others to share their screen is often hit or miss. I tend to have to make them the host to allow them to share their screen. Also, when I try to share my screen after having attended a previous first Zoom meeting, it only allows me to share the White Board or Zoom screen. I have to leave the meeting and completely restart Zoom in order to have all of the options to share. Lastly, where did the option to share my entire desktop go? It is REALLY frustrating not to have that available when I am collaborating with colleagues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me resolve customer issues faster by letting me see what they are doing. Zoom really illustrates the idea that a picture is worth a 1000 words.

  ### 33. Effortless Collaboration with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priya S.

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how simple and reliable Zoom Workplace is for both meetings and online classes. The video and audio quality are usually very clear, which makes communication smoother. Screen sharing, breakout rooms, virtual backgrounds, and meeting recordings are features that significantly enhance collaboration. I find it particularly convenient that Zoom Workplace works smoothly across mobile and desktop devices, making joining meetings quick and easy from any location. Another aspect I really enjoy is the user-friendly interface, which allows even first-time users to navigate features like joining meetings, muting, sharing screens, and chatting without confusion. The scheduling integration and calendar reminders are also very helpful, keeping me organized and ensuring I don't miss important meetings or classes. Overall, these features create a smooth and professional virtual communication experience.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing that could be improved in Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes consume a lot of internet bandwidth and device battery, especially during long meetings or classes. On slower connections, audio or video quality may occasionally lag or freeze. The free version’s meeting time limits can also feel restrictive for longer discussions or study sessions. Some advanced features can feel a little overwhelming for new users at first, and the desktop app occasionally requires frequent updates that interrupt workflow. Improving performance on low-end devices and making the interface even more streamlined would make the overall experience better.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to solve remote communication and collaboration issues, making meetings and online classes accessible from anywhere. It streamlines presentations, discussions, and learning with screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording features, improving coordination and saving time.

  ### 34. Smooth Meeting Links, Virtual Agent Summaries, and a Helpful Digital Whiteboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Akshay M. | Annotator, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is very smooth when it comes to sharing meeting links, and I also like the new feature, the Virtual Agent. Whenever I join a meeting late, I ask the Virtual Agent to summarise what has happened so far so I can catch up quickly. I also find the digital whiteboard helpful because I can draw sketches and convert them into actual images, which makes it easier to share ideas during the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Actually, I’m used to Zoom now, but when I first started using it as a beginner, the UI and overall interface felt very overwhelming. It has a lot going on, and the layout can feel cluttered, which sometimes makes it confusing to navigate. Compared to FaceTime or Google Meet, Zoom felt less straightforward at the beginning.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace keeps a summarisation or transcription of the meeting, so we can easily create the minutes of the meeting. It’s also beneficial for me because I’m always overloaded with meetings, and it helps me keep a clear summary of what happened in each meeting.

  ### 35. Unified Meetings, Chat, and AI Tools That Boost Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka R. | Process Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings meetings, chat, collaboration, and productivity tools into one unified platform. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and the interface is generally intuitive, which makes collaboration much smoother for remote and hybrid teams. I also appreciate the built-in AI Companion features that help with meeting summaries, note-taking, and task organization, saving time and improving productivity. The ability to integrate with other workplace tools and customize workflows also makes it flexible for different working styles

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that some advanced collaboration and AI features can feel overwhelming or fragmented compared to simpler communication tools. The platform can also become resource-heavy during long meetings or when multiple apps and integrations are running simultaneously. In larger organizations, managing notifications, chats, meetings, and collaboration spaces in one platform can sometimes create information overload. Additionally, certain premium features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may limit access for smaller teams or individual users.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is solving problems around remote collaboration, communication fragmentation, meeting productivity, and workplace coordination. Many teams struggle with scattered tools, missed information from meetings, inefficient follow-ups, and difficulty collaborating across remote or hybrid environments. Zoom Workplace brings meetings, chat, phone, docs, scheduling, and AI-powered productivity tools into one platform to reduce context switching and improve teamwork.

Its AI Companion features also help automate repetitive tasks like meeting summaries, note-taking, action items, and follow-up communication, which reduces manual work and helps teams stay aligned.

This benefits me by making communication faster and more organized, especially when working with distributed teams. Features like automatic meeting summaries, collaborative chat, and integrated productivity tools help save time, improve accountability, and reduce the chances of missing important information or action items. It also makes remote collaboration feel more seamless and efficient

  ### 36. Effortless Scheduling with AI Notes, Summaries, and Google Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor C. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It is extremely easy to set up meetings and with the use of AI it can even help track the meeting and take notes so nothing is missed. The summaries are perfect to skim over for reminders on previous meetings. Also setting up recurring meetings is super helpful and a breeze. It easily integrates with my google calendar and even helps me schedule time to focus on specific tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The most challenging aspect would be rescheduling meetings. It can be difficult to find the best time for meetings and I wish the AI would send up to 3 recommended reschedule times based on everyone's calendar.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a team that spans several cities and states so Zoom workplace allows us to really be on the same page as far as operations and execution no matter who is in office or not.

  ### 37. Lightweight, Reliable Zoom Workplace with Smooth Meetings and Handy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very lightweight and works reliably even on low or unstable internet connections, which is really important during remote work and client meetings. The interface is clean and easy to use, so joining meetings, sharing screens, or collaborating with teammates feels very smooth.

I also use a lot of integrations in my day-to-day workflow, and Zoom connects well with other productivity and collaboration tools, which saves time. Zoom Rooms is another feature I find very useful for office and meeting room collaboration. Recently, the persistent meeting chat feature has also been very helpful because conversations and shared context remain available even after meetings end, making follow-ups much easier.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that some advanced settings and features can feel a bit overwhelming or scattered, especially for new users. Also the max person per meeting should be increased as well.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication by bringing meetings, chat, collaboration, and integrations into one platform, which makes daily work faster and more organized for my company and me.

  ### 38. Seamless for Therapy, Appointments, and Meetings on the Go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason T. | Investment Marketing , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love the ease of logging on to Zoom Workplace and the great connection it provides, as it seems to always stay connected and runs very smoothly. It's also really convenient that Zoom works great on cellular data; I’m usually on the go without WiFi, and Zoom always works great on my mobile. The initial setup was very easy, which made starting to use it straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I would like to see the time restrictions lifted for non-subscribers. I feel Zoom should increase or remove the 40 minute time limit to at least 1 hour.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace works great on cellular data, allowing me to stay connected smoothly anywhere, making it ideal for therapy, doctor's appointments, and legal meetings. The ease of logging on and its reliable connection are big pluses.

  ### 39. Reliability and Seamless Integration Make Zoom Workplace a Must-Have

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad Sadique A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace offers unmatched reliability and high-quality video/audio, even with less-than-perfect internet connections. The noise suppression effectively filters out disruptive background sounds, and the HD Video option provides clear visuals. Zoom’s intuitive user experience with easy access for guests and a clean interface minimizes initial tech hurdles. I appreciate the seamless screen sharing and collaboration tools, particularly the flexible options to share the entire desktop, a specific application window, or just a portion of my screen. The ability to give remote control to another participant is particularly helpful. The robust whiteboard supports collaborative work with features like sticky notes and real-time cooperation. Breakout Rooms are indispensable for larger meetings, allowing easy management of participants and enhancing engagement. I find the integration with tools like Google Calendar and Slack to create a seamless workflow, reducing context switching. The integration ecosystem further extends productivity, allowing easy scheduling and automatic notifications. I also value the AI Companion, which provides smart summaries and accurate transcription of recordings. Additionally, the security features, like the Waiting Room, give me control over meeting access, ensuring professionalism and safety.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is my go-to platform, it is not without its frustrations. Here are the areas where I feel it falls short or could be significantly improved: 1. **Resource Heaviness and Battery Drain:** Zoom is notoriously resource-intensive. On laptops, especially older models or MacBooks, running a Zoom meeting with video on can cause the fans to spin up loudly and drain the battery rapidly. This limits my mobility. I often have to stay plugged into power during long days of back-to-back meetings, which tethers me to my desk. It also causes performance lag if I’m trying to run other heavy applications. 2. **Inconsistent AI Companion Performance:** While the AI Companion is a great concept, its execution can be hit-or-miss. The summaries sometimes miss nuanced context or action items, especially if multiple people speak over each other. It struggles with accents or mixed-language conversations, leading to inaccurate transcriptions. Sometimes the real-time translation or summary features lag, making them less useful in fast-paced discussions. I still find myself taking manual notes because I don’t fully trust the AI to capture everything accurately. 3. **Chat and Messaging Experience Lags Behind Competitors:** Compared to Slack or Microsoft Teams, Zoom’s chat interface feels clunky and secondary. Finding old messages or files in chat history is difficult and slow. The threading model is not as intuitive, making long discussions hard to follow. Notification management is less granular, leading to either too many interruptions or missing important messages. 4. **'Zoom Fatigue' and Lack of Natural Cues:** Seeing yourself constantly is distracting and increases self-consciousness. While you can hide self-view, it’s not the default, and many users don’t know how to change it. The camera offset means you never truly make eye contact and even slight audio latency disrupts the natural rhythm of conversation. 5. **Mobile App Limitations:** The mobile experience is significantly stripped down compared to the desktop version. Many advanced features are unavailable or hard to access on mobile. Joining meetings on cellular data can be inconsistent, and switching between Wi-Fi and data often drops the connection. 6. **Calendar and Scheduling Friction:** While integrations exist, scheduling recurring meetings with complex patterns is cumbersome. Time Zone confusion persists, as well as issues with editing recurring series. I spend extra time double-checking times and dates, which slows down the scheduling process. 7. **Security and Privacy Concerns:** Despite improvements, there’s always a lingering concern about data privacy. Understanding where data is routed and stored can be complex for enterprise users. Managing the waiting room for large public events can become a bottleneck. For highly sensitive discussions, I sometimes hesitate to use Zoom for certain types of data sharing.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace bridges geographic gaps, centralizes communication, enhances meeting productivity, offers reliability and ease of access, and provides recording and documentation, making it my hub for remote communication.

It uses a lot of memory, which can cause some lag when I'm screen-sharing heavy dashboards.

I use Zoom Workplace for remote collaboration, keeping the team aligned. The AI assistant saves me hours by summarizing meetings and listing action items.

Zoom is the easiest to use teleconferencing platform. It is very user friendly, looks professional for 1:1 and group meetings, and is very effective for hosting seamless webinars. I love using Zoom for virtual meetings and love the calendar integration with my Gmail account to easily book meetings and include a Zoom link for my guests. **What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom solves for communication. I can use Zoom to meet with my colleagues virtually, as we are not always in the same physical location at the same time. Using Zoom in the workplace has made communication, both for 1:1 and large group meetings with colleagues and externally stakeholders, easier and more seamless. I know that I can depend on Zoom when I need to host a virtual meeting, and its features like breakout rooms, whiteboards, and AI transcription make it an extremely powerful tool for communication. I also have come to value the AI note-taking aspect of Zoom because it automatically transcribes my meeting notes, which I can later refer to for knowledge and referencing specific action items for my projects. It's a great communication tool and is always evolving to meet my professional needs!

  ### 42. Effortless and Intuitive with Robust AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elan W. | Managing Member, Arbitrator, and Mediator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand. I also appreciate the recent AI features that make Zoom Workplace extremely efficient. These features allow for robust note-taking and meeting summaries, significantly cutting down on post-meeting emails. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy; it was just download and run.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

On occasion, the program crashes, leading me to restart it or even restart a meeting, which is worse. I've had to clone my connection, what's known as a ghost connection, to sometimes ensure meeting continuity.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for mediations and arbitrations in a virtual environment. The AI features help with robust note-taking and meeting summarization, cutting down significantly on post-meeting emails.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The absolute best thing about Zoom Workplace is how it seamlessly wraps everything a team needs into one highly reliable package. Starting with the UI/UX, the platform remains remarkably clean and intuitive; you don't need a manual to navigate it, which makes onboarding new hires and utilizing their support resources incredibly straightforward. This ease of use is backed by legendary performance—the video and audio stay stable without freezing or dropping, even when the home Wi-Fi is struggling.

Beyond just the basic video calls, it fits perfectly into the daily workflow thanks to deep integrations with existing calendars, emails, and CRMs, meaning far less frantic tab-hopping. But the real game-changer right now is the built-in AI / Intelligence. Having an AI Companion handle the grunt work—like summarizing an hour-long meeting into actionable bullet points or privately answering 'What did I miss?' if you join late—is a massive stress reliever. When you combine all these centralized tools into a single platform, the pricing and overall ROI become undeniably strong because it effectively replaces the need to pay for three or four separate productivity apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While I don't personally have to wrestle with software bugs, if I were using Zoom Workplace daily, my biggest frustration would be how cluttered it has become. The platform is suffering from "feature creep," and the once-simple UI/UX now feels bloated because it's aggressively pushing its own tools rather than focusing on seamless integrations with the Google or Microsoft suites that teams already use. This heavy, all-in-one approach drags down desktop performance, notoriously chewing through battery life and turning laptops into space heaters during long calls. Because the interface is constantly shifting to accommodate these updates, onboarding new staff has become surprisingly complicated, and trying to get real human support when things break often means navigating a frustrating maze of automated bots. Even the heavily marketed AI / Intelligence tools have their drawbacks, as the AI summaries can sometimes miss the nuance of a conversation or hallucinate details, forcing you to double-check its work. Ultimately, this all negatively impacts the pricing and ROI—it's hard to justify paying a premium for a massive, bulky suite of forced features when you really just wanted a fast, reliable video conferencing app.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The "App Toggle" Fatigue: Before platforms consolidated like this, you’d have a video app open, a separate team chat running, a document editor in another browser window, and your calendar buried somewhere else. Zoom Workplace pulls all of that into one interface. The benefit? It stops you from constantly context-switching and chasing down information across a dozen different tabs, which saves a ton of daily mental energy.

Post-Meeting Amnesia: We’ve all been in those chaotic hour-long meetings where a hundred ideas fly around, the call ends, and everyone immediately forgets who was actually assigned to what task. By embedding AI right into the call, it handles the note-taking and extracts real action items. The benefit is huge: it turns "let's follow up" talk into an automatic, finished to-do list without anyone needing to spend an extra 20 minutes writing a recap email.

The "Sorry I'm Late, What Did I Miss?" Awkwardness: If you get delayed and join a meeting 15 minutes late, you usually have to awkwardly interrupt the speaker or sit there cluelessly trying to piece things together. With the live AI assistant, you can privately type a quick prompt to get a text summary of what’s happened so far. It solves that context gap instantly, letting you catch up and contribute seamlessly without derailing the live conversation.

The Technical Friction: There is an understated anxiety in wondering if your software is going to glitch right before an important presentation, or if an external client won't be able to figure out how to log in. Because the core video engine remains rock-solid and joining is still just a one-click process, it eliminates that baseline tech stress. The benefit is pure peace of mind—you get to focus entirely on your actual presentation instead of playing impromptu IT support.

  ### 44. Zoom Makes Team Meetings Easy with Screen Sharing, Chat, Recording, and Breakout Rooms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jalisa B. | Student Government & Library Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love that you are able to share your screen during a presentation or service if you are doing it on zoom. Also, you are allowed to join with many other members of your team to have a conservation and meet at one place where ever your are no matter the location. In addition, I love that even though a presentation is going on you are able to speak in chat with the peers in the meetings and even record so you can have notes for later and also create breakout rooms to talk with your team members and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I currently dislike the connection of zoom sometimes, it will randomly disconnect you from the zoom room and cause you to rejoin again. Also, the recording limit that it gives you and if you go over you have to create a whole new meeting. Lastly, I don’t like when you create and save a setting in zoom it sometimes does not save and you will have to keep in repeating the process.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Zoom Workplace is solving for me is having an all in one easy software that I can use to chat, video, record, and have a whiteboard during a meeting and also allows me to keep track of how much meeting was hard and removes the hassle for having different networks for the colleagues to use making it easy to have everything in one place.

  ### 45. Easy-to-Use Zoom Workplace with Great Video Quality, Screen Sharing, and Recording

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satvik D. | Student, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is easy to use for classes and group work. The video quality is good, and features like screen sharing and recording are really helpful. That said, the free plan’s time limit can feel restrictive at times, especially when a session runs longer than expected.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The free version has a 40-minute limit, which can interrupt classes and break the flow. I also run into occasional connectivity issues, and the app can lag at times, which affects the overall experience. On top of that, there are frequent updates, and they can be a bit annoying.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve remote learning challenges by making it easy to run virtual classes, hold meetings, and collaborate. It lets me attend lectures smoothly, share ideas with others, and access recordings when I need them, which adds flexibility and supports my productivity.

  ### 46. Essential for screen sharing and remote team collaboration.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandra K. | Digital Operations & AI Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The two specific features I want to add are Ease of access, it is really useful as one can join the meeting without needing to create an account, and its performance, the sharing screen feature is very stable.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

the Limit: The 40 minutes limit of free version is quite short for detailed discussions which forces to restart meetings.
System Resources: Sometimes the app uses a lot of my laptop's battery which makes the computer run a bit slow if I have more tabs open.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of attending meetings and workshops where I cannot present in person. It helps people connect in real time without being physically present by filling the gap between physical and digital.
The best feature of the Zoom is that it allows to record meeting and go back and watch it later if needed.

  ### 47. Easy Cross-Platform Meetings with Zoom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernie S. | Senior Accounting Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like the way I can use any platform (pc or iPhone) to connect to meetings. It’s very useful to be able to see the other people, especially if you don’t work in the same office.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes it takes several steps to log into a meeting. Especially from a link. My last meeting I got a meeting notification and when I clicked on it, the window opened up and asked me if I want to connect via the app or via the Zoom Workplace site. It should be an automated process to open Zoom and then connect to the meeting.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work remotely for a company in PA, I live in WA, so it’s easy to have a Zoom meeting for training when I first started and weekly meetings for updates on my progress.

  ### 48. Quick Meeting Setup and Reliable Global Audio/Video with Zoom Workspace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshuman D. | Member — Rotaract Club of BMS College of Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that you can quickly create meetings and invite the members you want in just a few seconds. Also, with the help of Zoom Workspace, you can connect with anyone from any part of the world using its live audio and video features.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I dislike the video call limit on the free plan: meetings can only be 45 minutes long. After that, almost everything requires a paid plan. Also, the Zoom mobile app feels heavy and can be slightly laggy on older devices.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This definitely solves the problem of not being able to see your loved ones when they live far away. You can connect instantly with solid video quality at almost any time, simply by sharing a link. For me, it’s especially helpful because it keeps me connected to family and friends who aren’t in the same state or even the same country. I can video call whenever I want and don’t really feel the distance between us.

  ### 49. Zoom Workplace: Robust Features, Superior Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ramzeed M. | Product Design Intern - STEM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find Zoom Workplace really helpful for attending meetings, interviews, and workshops, especially living in India and needing to connect with clients abroad. The breakout rooms are a standout feature, allowing one team to work on something separately and come up with solutions, which I can't do with other software like Google Meet. I also appreciate the ability to record meetings, so if I'm late or miss something, I can review it later. Transcriptions are incredibly useful for understanding speakers with different accents. The hand-raising feature is helpful for questions without interrupting the speaker. I also like that Zoom integrates with a wider range of tools like Slack. The initial setup was straightforward and intuitive, as I figured it out just by downloading the app and using it.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

App feels resource heavy when being used along side with design tools like figma or adobe. Whiteboard feature is too basic for actual design feedback sessions

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me attend international meetings efficiently with features like breakout rooms and transcription. It's better than Google Meet, with robust quality, recording options, and flexibility. It's great for managing teams and understanding different accents.

  ### 50. Stability and Versatility in Online Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauro Andrés M. | Jefe de operaciones, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I highlight most about Zoom Workplace is the good quality of audio and video, it is easy to set up and its use is very fast. The tools are very useful and I can access them from any device. This allows me to share screens and documents, which facilitates team work and helps me follow classes no matter where I am. The accessibility gives me flexibility to quickly connect to meetings. Additionally, Zoom is more stable for long meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The consumption of resources is a problem, sometimes it consumes a lot and slows down the phone a bit. When the internet connection is not good, it could improve the translation and the language in Spanish. The interface could be improved in some functions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace allows me to communicate with my team even if we are in different locations, and it makes organization easier for me. I can share screens and documents, which facilitates teamwork, and accessing from any device gives me the flexibility to quickly join meetings.
