I like that there are a lot of different options available with Zoom Workplace, which is really helpful for us. We can assign different owners of events, making it easier if someone is terminated, as switching the owner is simple. One of my favorite features is Zoom Phone. It allows us to contact scholars or vendors using a Zoom phone number instead of our personal numbers, maintaining professionalism. It's helpful because we frequently speak with scholars, and having that Zoom phone number helps in maintaining a level of professionalism while providing them an avenue to reach out to us directly. There's a lot of information in one setting, and there's so many different services that they offer. There's, like, nonprofit accounts, educational accounts. There's, like, so many things. I think if there was a quick learning course, that would be really helpful. Especially when we're onboarding a new HR employee.
