## Zoom Workplace Reviews
 ### 1. Great tool for keeping work organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando M. | Channel Sales Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best is how simple it feels. It’s not clunky like other work tools; everything just works, and it’s easy to find what I need without a headache. It just makes the workday feel a bit smoother.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It’s starting to feel a bit cluttered with too many features and icons I don't always use. Notifications can also get pretty distracting during a meeting; it’s hard to stay focused when pings from different channels keep popping up.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fixes the issue of losing track of what was decided in meetings. With the automated summaries, I don't have to rely on my memory or messy notes anymore. It benefits me by giving me a clear action plan right after a call, so I can just get to work.

 ### 2. Zoom Workplace Unifies Meetings, Chat, Phone, and AI—Reliable and Easy to Adopt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ste P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I Like Best About Zoom Workplace
The standout feature of Zoom Workplace is its ability to seamlessly unify video meetings, team chat, phone, and whiteboard spaces into a single platform. It significantly reduces app-switching fatigue and keeps team communication centralized.
The interface is clean, intuitive, and highly familiar. Navigating between your calendar, active chats, and upcoming meetings feels natural, making it easy for users of all technical skill levels to adapt instantly.
It boasts an excellent ecosystem. Zoom Workplace integrates effortlessly with major productivity suites like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, as well as a wide variety of project management and CRM tools.
Unmatched reliability. The platform consistently delivers stable, high-definition video and crisp audio with very low latency, even in less-than-ideal bandwidth conditions.
It absolutely feels like you get your money's worth. Because it bundles meetings, team chat, and AI capabilities into one package, it allows you to consolidate software and stop paying for separate standalone apps. This makes the overall return on investment very strong.
Onboarding is virtually frictionless since most users already know how to use Zoom. For team deployment, the admin portal is straightforward, backed by a comprehensive knowledge base and responsive support channels.
The built-in Zoom AI Companion is a massive time-saver. It actively boosts productivity by generating highly accurate meeting summaries, answering questions if you join a meeting late, and helping draft chat responses—all seamlessly built into the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is packed with features, its ambition to be an "all-in-one" hub has caused it to lose some of the lightweight simplicity that made the original Zoom so popular. It can sometimes feel bloated if you only need a basic meeting tool.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace primarily solves the problems of app overload, fragmented communication, and meeting fatigue in hybrid or remote work environments. In the past, collaborating meant jumping between separate apps for team chat, video calls, calendar management, and digital whiteboarding. By unifying all of these tools into one centralized hub, Zoom Workplace saves me a significant amount of time and mental energy. I can now seamlessly escalate a text-based team chat directly into a quick video huddle without breaking my focus or switching windows.

 ### 3. AI-Powered Productivity Boost with Smart Meeting Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumar Varun V. | Product Management & Marketing Manager, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The standout feature for me is how Zoom Workplace uses AI to improve productivity. From summarizing meetings to helping draft messages and follow-ups, it takes care of a lot of routine tasks so you can focus on actual work.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Very little to dislike; if anything, the growing number of features can make the interface feel a bit complex.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the key problems it solves is the amount of time spent on routine tasks and coordination. With AI-powered features like meeting summaries, scheduling, and task management, it reduces manual effort and helps focus on more meaningful work. This improves overall productivity and streamlines workflows.

 ### 4. Quick, Clean Calls with AI Meeting Summaries That Keep Work Moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sree K. | Software Engineer II in Test, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most is how easy it is to jump into a call and just get work done. For client meetings, it feels quick and clean: join links work, audio and video are steady most of the time, screen sharing is crisp, and I’m not hunting around for hidden buttons. Setting it up on a new machine is painless too—I sign in and I’m good to go, so I don’t lose an afternoon fiddling with settings. Day to day, it’s simply convenient. I can move through back-to-back calls and it keeps up without drama, which really matters when clients are waiting.

The feature set covers what I need without feeling bloated. Recordings, transcripts, chat, reactions, a waiting room, a basic whiteboard, and polls when we need them—it’s all there, and it behaves the way I expect. The AI summarize feature is honestly a win for me: the meeting ends and I can pull a clean MOM to share, assign owners, and move on to the next task. I also like that the recap sits with the recording, so anyone who missed the call can catch up quickly without me having to write a long email. The support docs and help articles are decent as well; when I get stuck, there’s usually an answer that gets me unstuck fast.

Integrations have gotten better, too. The latest update that pulls in my official Google Calendar meetings is a plus—now everything just shows up, and joining is one click from the calendar view. Scheduling is straightforward, recurring invites behave, and links don’t break when we tweak details. It also plays nicely with email and files: sharing a cloud recording or a transcript link is simple, and the permissions make sense so clients can access what they need without jumping through a dozen hoops. I’m in it most workdays for client calls, standups, and quick syncs, and it keeps the flow calm.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

My only real dislike is the mic noise cancellation. It’s not quite on par with a few other tools I’ve used that have stronger voice isolation, so loud fans or keyboard clacks can still leak through at times, and I end up muting more than I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker—just a bit of friction I notice on busier days.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace takes a lot of the coordination headache out of client meetings. I can send invites, have calendars pick them up automatically, and joining is basically one click. Everyone gets into the room without fuss, even when they’re outside our org. Screen sharing, recordings, and transcripts help ensure decisions and demos are captured, and the AI summary cuts down the time I spend turning a call into a clean MOM with owners and next steps. That alone saves me a bunch of small minutes every week.

It also improves follow-ups and visibility. Cloud recordings and summaries are easy to share in the same thread where we’re already working, so handing off to a teammate is smooth and we don’t lose context. The tool stays stable even across long sessions, breakout rooms are useful when we need to split up a client workshop, and the straightforward scheduling helps keep a predictable rhythm. The net result is less time wrestling with logistics, faster decisions after a call, and a calmer workflow because the pieces fit together without me having to glue them by hand.

 ### 5. Top-Notch Video Quality, Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Usman I. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really appreciate Zoom Workplace because the video quality is better than any other software we've used before. It improves the quality of the video even when the camera quality might not be the best. I also like that it provides a wide range of backgrounds to choose from, which enhances the video quality, making sure you look good even in poorly lit spaces.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the setup can be complex. Not the full setup, but when I want to join a Zoom call from a link, it opens the application when I prefer it to open in a browser. It becomes difficult to cancel the app and use the browser. An option to join using the browser would be helpful.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for teaching and meetings, and it excels in video quality, offering a better experience than other software.

 ### 6. Excellent Tool for team communication and collaboration.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pragati R. | Software Devloper, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its reliability and ease of use. The interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to schedule meetings, join calls, and collaborate with teams. I also appreciate the high-quality video and audio, screen sharing, and recording features, which make remote meetings and teamwork much more efficient. Additionally, it is easy to implement, integrates smoothly with other tools, and is reliable for frequent daily use, with helpful support resources when needed.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There are no major drawbacks in my experience. Occasionally, minor connectivity issues can happen depending on internet stability, but overall Zoom Workplace performs very well.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves remote communication challenges by enabling easy virtual meetings, screen sharing, and collaboration, which helps our team stay connected and work more efficiently.

 ### 7. Reliable, User-Friendly Video Conferencing with Seamless Collaboration Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dayashankar D. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

"Zoom Workplace is incredibly reliable for high-quality video conferencing. The interface is very user-friendly, and features like seamless screen sharing and breakout rooms make team collaboration very efficient. I also appreciate how it maintains stable connections even with lower bandwidth."

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

"The 40-minute limit on the free version can be restrictive for longer technical meetings. Also, the desktop application can sometimes use a lot of system memory (RAM), which might cause a slight lag if multiple heavy applications are running simultaneously."

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Zoom Workplace has solved the major challenge of remote team synchronization for us. It allows for high-quality, real-time technical discussions and code reviews that were difficult to manage over email or simple chat. The benefit is a significant increase in our team's productivity and the ability to collaborate effectively from different geographical locations without any communication gaps."

 ### 8. Zoom Makes Team and Customer Connections Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishwas P. | Manager Technical Support Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Catching up with the team and customers is easy with zoom. The features are really good and make it easy to work and connect. The quality of the connection and the ease of setting up is straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Login takes a while and the process of joining a call from an email link is confusing at times as the the link opens both the app and the browser.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom is used by most of our customers, so it’s easy to connect with them. It makes customer meetings straightforward and simple to set up.

 ### 9. Great for Team Communication, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Assistant Vice President of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace to message my teammates about day-to-day activities and organize different group chats for various programs and groups of people. I like how the notifications work well and the colors are nice to look at. It also does not crash often, and it has a lot of features like video call, voice call, meetings, scheduler, channels, and more. Having Zoom Workplace helps with clear and instant communication with everyone in my company since many people work remotely.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There's a bug that prevents scrolling up in chats, which is very frustrating because it shoots you back to the bottom, making it take forever to go back in the feed. Their IT support is not good to work with. Also, the integration with Salesforce is super buggy and doesn’t work on mobile, even though it used to.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for clear and instant communication with my remote team and organizing group chats. It enhances communication effectively.

 ### 10. Effortless Remote Collaboration with Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro S. | analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use and how stable the video and audio quality are. Screen sharing and recording meetings are very helpful for work and studies. These features save me time and make remote collaboration easier. Screen sharing helps explain ideas clearly, and recording meetings lets me review important information later. The stable quality makes communication more effective. The initial setup was very easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the app uses a lot of system resources, and the free version has time limits. It could also improve integration with other tools and reduce background noise automatically. It would be great to have deeper integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams, and more customizable noise reduction settings. Better AI-based background noise filtering would also improve the user experience.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration issues for remote work and study. It enables virtual meetings, screen sharing, real-time collaboration, and reduces in-person meetings, saving time and boosting productivity.

 ### 11. Unified Communication Yet Needs UI Enhancements

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace simplifies my day by consolidating meetings, chat, and collaboration, reducing tool switching. It's especially useful for remote teamwork, enabling quick coordination and keeping communication clear and organized. Everything stays in one workflow, saving time and maintaining context.

I use Zoom Workplace for business and strategic planning. I appreciate how it helps me keep up with my busy life. I like that the app itself helps create better experiences and modern ways to get the job done. It helps me work around things individually by keeping up with calendar year times and dates, both financially and physically. The ease of video calls, counseling sessions, and phone meetings is also a benefit. The initial setup was very easy.

I like it and have no disagreements

 ### 13. Fantastic Features with Minor Localization Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vayu T. | Associate Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like using Zoom Workplace for meetings and one-on-one discussions with my colleagues. I appreciate how it solves the problem of instantly connecting via video streaming. I like the background blur and extra noise suppression features; they help me communicate better and focus on meetings. The background blur ensures that my often not perfectly maintained background stays private, while the noise suppression improves audio quality by reducing unnecessary noises. Additionally, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think live caption should be more precise for regional languages. Sometimes it really struggles to provide accurate live caption for regional languages.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves my problem of instantly connecting via video streaming. I like the background blur and noise suppression features, which help me communicate better and maintain privacy in meetings.

 ### 14. Quick Setup and Integration with Robust Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Corporate Sales & Event Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like the AI feature (my notes) in Zoom Workplace where I can record entire meetings, allowing me to click back and review them if I missed anything during a team or client meeting. It's quick and easy to use, very efficient, and integrates well since most of my clients have a Zoom account. The setup was also very easy and efficient when my team switched from Microsoft Teams, making it a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the links don't always work straight away if I send it to a client who doesn't regularly use Zoom, but it's easily fixed. I just send another link.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for team and client meetings, and I like the AI feature for recording and reviewing meetings/ taking notes to catch anything I missed.

 ### 15. Clear Calls Even with Basic Speakers and Mic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lanette V. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I don't have the best speakers or mic but never have an issue on calls with others hearing me. I would mostly get invites and click right into the meeting and was a little nervous about setting up my own meeting for others to join. It is very easy and straightforward. Not complicated at all and was quick to do. It has now become a norm and is easier and more efficient than a phone call. Screen share is a necessity with meetings and so easy to switch users sharing screens.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I haven't had any issues yet. We use it weekly and sometimes daily. It's like picking up a phone now.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborations are quick and easy to get everyone together without commuting and the ability to share notes and ideas in real time vs emails or trying to explain a visual over the phone. It's as effective as a personal meeting but with so much more convenience for everyone's busy day.

 ### 16. Versatile and Reliable for Global Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

I appreciate the speaking feature that gives the host control over who can speak, adding a layer of communication management. The initial setup was also easy, which was a convenience for me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The meeting IDs should be simple. And sometimes the video quality reduces due to network issue, that should be enhanced.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Zoom Workplace lets me connect with anyone globally for meetings and creativity, offering control over who speaks. However, meeting IDs could be simpler.

 ### 17. Unique Inbuilt Features and Great App Integrations

**Reviewed by:** Abiali K. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It has really good inbuilt features which I don't see on any other similar tools (like GMeet). The breakout rooms feature, then integration of multiple apps and tools is great add on.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Too many settings, I feel like I have to turn on and off many things and really need to sit and have an ideal version of Zoom I want as per my need, which is time consuming and often difficult to do myself, it's a bit technical to use.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient tool for meeting, makes by job easy, to take meetings then students sessions - I use all the features to increase my output

 ### 18. Versatile Tool with Room for Performance Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

These features help in keeping remote or hybrid teams connected.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I have had some bandwidth and performance issues with Zoom Workplace. Video and audio quality sometimes drop, and it uses a lot of data.

 ### 19. Seamless Integration, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Senior Vice President Fluid Studios, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I appreciate how Zoom Workplace integrates with my email, allowing me to set up calendar invites with my personal Zoom Workplace room already integrated. I love the way it connects my personal meeting room directly to my company and seamlessly integrates with my calendar so every invite I send automatically includes my personal meeting room. The integration with other platforms like Circle Back is also great, especially for the AI notetaking feature that joins all my meetings and keeps notes. The initial setup was very simple for our entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

If I had the ability to allow other team members to start meetings in my personal meeting room, that would be great in case I can’t join a meeting that I have set up. Currently when I set up a meeting, I can’t have anyone else start that meeting if it’s on my personal meeting room. So if I’m unable to join the meeting, the meeting cannot be started.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to easily set up meetings with internal team members and clients. Its integration with my email and calendar simplifies calendar invites and ensures my personal meeting room is automatically included. The Circle Back integration helps with AI notetaking during meetings.

 ### 20. Zoom Workplace Makes Online Learning Easy with One-Click Meetings and Clear Audio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** banty m. | Designer & Software , Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very easy to use. I can join meetings with just one click. The video and sound quality are good, so I can understand my teachers clearly. It helps me attend online classes from home. I also like that I can chat, share screen, and record classes. Zoom makes online learning simple and comfortable for students like me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the network problem creates disturbance in class. The video or sound may stop in between. If internet is slow, it becomes difficult to understand the lesson. Also, long meetings can make me feel tired. Sometimes the free version has time limits, which is also a problem.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of distance. Even if teachers and students are in different places, we can still attend classes online. It helps when schools are closed or when we cannot go outside. Because of Zoom, I can continue my studies from home without missing classes. It also saves travel time and makes learning easier and more comfortable for me.

 ### 31. Reliable All-in-One Meetings, Chat & Collaboration That Stays Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay V. | software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What i like most about Zoom Workspace is how it brings meetings, chat and collaboration into a single flow without feeling complicated. In my day to day work, I mostly use it for quick sync calls, client discussions, and internal reviews and reliability has been consistent even when participants join from different networks or devices.Meetings start quickly , and i rarely have to troubleshoot audio or video which matters a lot during back to back calls. I have also started using zoom's team chat and meeting summaries more as part of my regular workflow.Being able to continue a conversation after a meeting ,share recordings and revisit key points in one place saves time and reduces follow up emails.Features like screen sharing and annotations are simple but effective ,especially when walking through designs or explaining technical flows to non technical teammates.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing i dislike about Zoom Workspace is that as more features have been added, the interface can sometimes feel a bit crowded. When i am just joining a quick meeting,I don't always need to chat.mail, calendar and other tools at the same time and it can take a moment to navigate to exactly what i need.Another drawback i have noticed is notification overload, especially when using team chat alongside meetings. If notifications are not carefully configured it is easy to get distracted during focus time .I have had to spend time adjusting settings to keep it manageable.
Occasionally meeting quality can also depend heavily on network conditions. While Zoom is generally reliable, video quality can drop during unstable connections which affects discussions in longer or more detailed meetings.Overall zoom workspace works well but it does require some setup and discipline to avoid unnecessary noise and keep the experience streamlined.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom workplace solves the problem of fragmented communication across meetings, chat and follow ups. Before using it regularly, video calls, messages and shared updates were spread across different tools which made it harder to keep context .Witch zoom workspace.meeting ,recording ,chat conversations, and summaries stay connected so it is easier to continue work after a call ends.In my day to day work this reduces unnecessary meetings and long email threads. If someone misses a meeting they can quickly catch up using recordings or summaries instead of asking for full recap.Real time features like screen sharing and collaboration tools help teams align faster, especially in remote or hybrid setups
The biggest benefits for me is continuity.Zoom workspace helps turn meetings into actionable conversations rather than isolated events, which improves clarity ,saves time and keeps everyone aligned.

Another problem is the interface, which can feel slightly crowded as more features are added, making it harder to quickly find certain settings. I also find that long and frequent video meetings can become tiring, and Zoom doesn't fully solve this challenge beyond basic features like turning off cameras. ### 47. All-in-One Productivity Boost with Seamless AI and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek A. | Back office work, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace for almost everything in my office. It offers a wide range of useful features like audio, video calls, file sharing over chats, organizing, and joining meetings and also the user interface is very good loking and easy to explore. Also the personal AI assistant is a great help it assists me in keeping track of my tasks and can summarize complex text into simpler language whenever I need it. Zoom Workplace also supports both group and one on one video and audio meetings, and these work smoothly even on my slow office PCs. Our team uses the Zoom Workplace everyday for daily tasks like meetings and boosting productivity.

Zoom Workplace also provides the documentation in very easy to understand language thats covers setup guides, troubleshooting steps in case of any errors which happens almost never and one can resolve the errors without waiting for a support agents. Also they provide 24/7 help including live chat and phone support to paid users.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Although Zoom Workplace is powerful but some useful features are paid for example paid plans is the only way to remove 40 minute limit on group meetings. Also free plans allows you to record the meetings only on your own system, you have to buy paid plan in order to use cloud recordings. Also i noticed that when the meeting becomes larger there are some connection issues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the Zoom Workplace we have to manully host the meetings, use different types of tools for communication and also everytime I have to switches the tabs in order to use my AI assistants. Since Zoom Workplace brings all these features into one work it boosts our productivity and saves lots of my time and effords. Zoom Workplace offers stable audio and video calls performance even in our weak office PCs before Zoom Workplace our system were lagging like hell but now they are working very fast since we dont have to open multiple tabs for different tasks as all of the taks can be done on one tab.

 ### 48. Widely Recognized, Needs App for Full Potential

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priscila D. | Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Information Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find Zoom Workplace easy for meetings because everyone knows Zoom, especially since 2020. I appreciate the background effects feature and the new AI feature that provides summaries and helps with meetings. I also value the ability to record meetings. It's widely available and known, which made switching from Google Meet to Zoom easy for us. The initial setup was pretty easy too; you just log in, pay, and you're ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think that most features need the app to download. Maybe if you're using it from a web browser, it's not as useful. Sometimes it takes a while to load. And it's heavy in resources, especially using Linux.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for home office meetings, and it helps with background effects and AI summaries. It's easy to conduct meetings since everyone knows Zoom, though using the app is needed for full benefits.

 ### 49. Reliable Video Calls with Effortless Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evgenii B. | Project manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, even when connecting with international clients on various networks. Screen sharing works smoothly, and the built-in calendar integration makes scheduling meetings incredibly easy. I also value how participants can join quickly, without having to deal with any complicated setup steps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The 40-minute limit on group meetings in the free plan can interrupt important conversations, making it difficult to maintain the flow of discussion. Additionally, accessing some advanced features often involves going through several menus, which can feel unintuitive at times.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Enables seamless remote collaboration with clients and team members across different time zones and locations
* Screen sharing and video conferencing eliminate the need for in-person meetings, saving travel time and costs
* Recording feature allows us to document client presentations and training sessions for future reference
* Breakout rooms facilitate focused team discussions during larger project meetings without scheduling separate calls

 ### 50. Seamless Meetings, Unified Collaboration

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace for our daily meetings and team communication, and it's been an amazing experience. I find the video and audio quality always clear and reliable, making every meeting smooth and professional. It's simple to use and keeps our team connected, helping us collaborate quickly and efficiently. I love that it's an all-in-one tool—calls, chats, and collaboration are all in one place, which makes work faster and easier. The simplicity and reliability stand out because it's easy to use and runs smoothly. Meetings are quick to join, and the audio and video are consistently clear. Zoom Workplace works extremely well for us overall, consistently delivering great performance and improving with new features. It integrates smoothly with other tools like calendar apps, project management software, and cloud storage, keeping workflows connected and collaboration seamless. The initial setup was extremely easy, and our team was up and running quickly, thanks to its intuitive interface and straightforward onboarding process. It easily scaled to support around 150 employees in our company, keeping us connected and productive.
