"Easy to Use, Feature-Rich, and Cost-Effective"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

It has become 2nd nature to the meeting function within the organization. It's easy to use and new features abound. For all the functionality, it's relatively cost effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

I don't like using the resource library and wish support was more high-touch. I get that it's impractical at this point of the Zoom growth, but the ole-fashioned support can never be replaced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Setup Good Value"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

I think Zoom Events and Webinars is pretty simple and straightforward. I also feel that the pricing is okay and the capacity limits for the webinars are quite fairly open. Additionally, the setup is really fast, and you can just get started easily, as there arent much limits in terms of scale. I find it a really good starting point for live webinars unless you have some specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

There are some things that can be a little bit annoying. For example, when I want to create a new webinar page or set up a new webinar, I want to add speakers, I always have to re-fill it. Normally, I would say I could technically just copy it from previous webinars where I've already used the same speakers. But that's not possible. And then also, I dislike that the webinars are then, at some point, automatically deleted after a couple of months or maybe even just a month. I would love to have the full history of them, just so I can, reuse, copy, paste, whatever if I decide to cover a similar topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Go-To Tool for Webinars, Client Calls and Community Events"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

I use Zoom Events and Webinars almost everyday to attend product enablement sessions, community events and different webinars, and the experience has been consistently smooth. The platform is very easy to use and one thing I appreciate most is how effortless presenting is - screen sharing is stable, transitions are smooth and I never have to worry about lag when moving through slides. The auto-caption feature is also extremely helpful, especially when speakers talk fast or when I’m in a slightly noisy environment. And while traveling, the mobile app helps me stay connected so I don’t miss any important events or sessions.

Setting up and joining webinars is simple and the platform doesn’t require any complicated setup, so the implementation experience has always been straightforward. The event lobby is another feature I really like, it clearly displays the agenda, session timings and joining options, which makes navigation easy even in multi-session events. The built-in networking options are also useful because it allows participants to interact, connect or chat directly within the platform.

Feature-wise, Zoom covers everything I need: Q&A, polls, reactions, recordings, chat, HD streaming, screen sharing, auto-captions, custom registration pages and the event lobby. Even on mobile, all these features work reliably. The customer support team has also been helpful whenever I’ve faced issues.

Another helpful thing is the seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook. It automatically syncs sessions and reminders on Microsoft calendar, so I always know what’s coming up without manually tracking anything.

Overall, Zoom Events and Webinars is reliable, easy to use and has all the features needed for attending or presenting virtual sessions without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

Sometimes the platform takes a bit longer to load, especially when multiple browser tabs are open. If I go back to the event lobby after switching tabs, the screen occasionally turns blank for a few seconds before it refreshes. During a few webinars, the audio also came in slightly late after joining, although it fixed itself once the session stabilized. These aren’t frequent issues, but they do interrupt the flow when I’m trying to quickly move between sessions or join on short notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Branding with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

I like the custom branding and custom features in Zoom Events and Webinars, such as custom colors, logos, titles, and event images. These features make organizing webinars more personalized and engaging. The initial setup of Zoom Events and Webinars is easy, which is helpful when getting started with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

The interface takes a bit to get used to as someone setting up the event. It's messy and takes time to learn where everything is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Video Meetings with Great Screen Sharing and Chat"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

I like Zoom because it is easy to use, allows face-to-face communication, and makes it simple to share screens, chat, and run meetings or webinars with many people from anywhere. Can run from broser or application and easy to implement. Support is easy to get hold of. Can use over multiple divices and nice for frequencent uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

One dislike of Zoom is that meetings can sometimes have technical issues like poor internet connection, audio problems, or people talking over each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable platform for hosting professional webinars"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

As a DevOps Engineer who collaborates across teams and clients globally I found zoom events and webinar very reliable for large scale of the sessions.Specially the stability of audio and video is very good even with hundreds of participants Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

Although the platform is robust, the initial configuration for advanced features like registration and analytics can feel a bit complex.Additionally, the pricing for hosting larger webinars is on the higher side, which might not be ideal for small businesses or startups. "Industry Best for Professional Webinars"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

Useful UI that really helps organisers and speakers. The calendar integration works well, it’s easy to host large seminars, and the AI summary tools are good and genuinely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

For a first-time user, it can be a little difficult to set up. Also, the 40-minute limit for the non-paid version isn’t great; it should be a standard 60 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integrations and Top-Notch Meeting Features"
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

The best part about zoom is how it integrates with other platforms to transcribe meetings. We use Fellow to record our company calls and we have had 0 issues getting this set up. I also enjoy all the filter options and setting options, others platforms just don't compare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

It unfortunately does use up a large portion of my computers energy. I have to make sure after a few meetings that my laptop is plugged in and that I don't have too many apps open at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
