I am a Member of a fellowship that meets everyday ,and when Covid Hit this was the only thing that saved me from going insane. Til today this is a great way too teach, Talk,Meet,and perform when in lockdown or when you dont want to leave the house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, from setting up a meeting to sharing screens, this platform is amazing. Zoom also offers really good product support, we have used their support numerous times and all the time the support has nothing but great.

I have chosen to deploy Zoom Workplace at three companies, both with great success. The broad range of collaboration tools are great for those that work in different styles, both for in person and remote-hybrid work. The Zoom rooms come with free unlimited digital signage, which provides flexibility and expandability with different business operations. Integrations with other applications has gotten better, easily adding Teams and WebEx to Zoom Room functions.

Implementation and rollout has been smooth, with phone number porting happening on schedule and seamless for all companies. The ability to change out every notice and recording is also great from an IVR standpoint, with the text-to-speech better than the competition.

Our entire company currently collaborates daily using these systems and it has proved to be a great asset. Our firm is largely remote only, and providing a modern unified communicaiton platform has definitely improved productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As Zoom expanded over the years, the level of support has drastically dropped. Initially their support was very attentive and helpful, but now it's a struggle to get movement on account management and other needs I feel it's getting better, but it was pretty bad for a couple years. Zoom Rooms is really ease to use and can easily integrate with many other platforms and services. To be honest, Zoom Rooms is the most complete and versatile platform for video conferencing. It was there long before Covid-19 (during the pandemic, many companies started to play closer attention to this kind of tools). I use Zoom Rooms every week and I have never had to contact customer support for any issues. It is a very stable platform and is constantly being upgraded. I think the subscription fee can be pricey, especially for smaller organizations or businesses. Also, users might encounter technical issues, such as hacks.
