I would say that the program can run somewhat slow at times and is a little clunky to download. I think the download process was my least favorite thing about my entire experience with this product. The only thing about this product that really makes it stand out is the number of file formats it can play and that is not a huge deal to me because I usually just play H.264, Mp4, or DVD which many other products offer the ability to play those formats with less of a hassle or no cost.
