Complexity: this a double edged sword. While it required an implementer and tons of documentation, if it asn't this way we wouldn't be happy. ZoneBilling is highly customizable and is seamless with NetSuite. It makes processing revenue for month end close quick and gives us the ability to systematically chase AR with customers. The Zone team also brainstorms with us to find solutions to more complicated pricing rules, which is really helpful when trying to figure out how to best add functionality to Zone as pricing evolves. While there is definitely a learning curve for this product and there are lots of nuances, once the team is comfortable in the system it is a very powerful tool.
