A product needs a dedicated customer success and support department, available on the phone, chat, and via ticketing tool. I feel they need some improvements there. Because incidents and bug reporting is an essential tracking for any product, especially when they are doing partner business in the retail and wholesale domain. Hope this will help them improve. It is simpler to use, has a higher user-friendliness rating, and provides greater accuracy—Time-saving, user-friendly, and visual schedule reports for easy organization-wide distribution. I set up Zoined for a local business. For the first two weeks, I was the sole administrator. The proprietor is not tech savvy and his employees are not especially comfortable with software either (it's a restaurant with four locations in two states), but they all managed to become fluent in Zoined. For small businesses, in particular, larger and more expensive suites are not necessary or desirable.
