What do you dislike about Zoho ZeptoMail?

it's a great tool for sending emails, but if you want to build any kind of deeper workflow around those emails, it gets clunky fast. For example, you can't easily set up auto-responses based on whether someone opened a tracking email, or automatically move a support ticket to the next stage when a receipt is sent. - Standard charts on the dashboard cannot be changed. This could've been better.

- Running reports isn't that easy.

What problems is Zoho ZeptoMail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most other vendors offering is a merged solution of transcational emails and marketing emails. This makes it harder for transactional emails to have a good reputation and land in the inbox rather than in junk/spam/others folder.
