It's was my first time conducting a webinar and after looking into some options available in the market, I chose Zoho Webinar.

IT is so easy to use and in few minutes my webinar got ready.

I really like the customisation of emails that I can sent as reminder or after the webinar with my offers.

As a small business we appreciate things that are easy and straighforward to use. Implementing the process was so clear and concise but access to customer support was easy too.

We started using Zoho to experiment with hosting training webinars for our Affiliates, so being able to trial it for free has been enormously helpful. We are using it once a fortnight at the moment but hope to increase this in the future.

I did start with the free plan for some applications, and while it's a good way to get started, I found that some advanced features I needed were only available in the paid plans. This is understandable, but having a bit more functionality in the free plans would have been appreciated, especially for small businesses.
