Customers just entered random numbers of answers, and the report was not valuable. First of all, for making any survey forms customization is an extremely important and critical feature and zoho survey has 10/10 from me for that because sending survey is also a marketing touch and your company brand identity has to be reflected in them so it has to be interesting enough for a particular user to fill it out. **What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?** I don't think I have features or feedback or any complaints about zoho survey forms.
