It is Android and IOS freindly,Has a free plan for the hang of it,if u are a zoho user it integrates with other apps.

Yes, they can improve zoho survey. If they can add import features from other survey apps. Direct integration with most of the CRM, Email Marketing tools without the use of any third-party tools will be a best update in the app. There is nothing in the app which is difficult to use.
