What do you like best about Zoho Social?

If you are looking for a simple platform to post content to mutiple social media networks, Zoho Social is great! We also own a marketing firm have used or recommended this product for multiple clients. The best part is the features for the pricing. You get posts, reels, and you can schedule future posts to keep you way ahead.

If you are not looking to spend $99/month or more from other companies and want to have control over your posts it is perfect and affordable. Also, if you use Zoho CRM or other products from Zoho you can view everything in your account from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The UI is so intutive and we were able to create a beautiful workflow with it. The customer support helped us with the queries 24x7. We use Zoho Social for 4 social media handle we have. We connected all the accounts with a very few clicks so it was easy to integrate. We had a track on each post going out on each account with detail analytics allowing to implement this across teams. Zoho Social is strikingly simple and easy to use, considering its power, effectiveness and abundance of features. From my perspective, this is the perfect social media marketing tool. It doesn't let you make any mistakes, making sure your posts comply with each social media platform's requirements: number of characters, media format, etc. I also love the Canva integration, which saves a lot of time. Zoho Social goes beyond posting, as social media message center and analytical tool. AI also comes in handy, particularly for someone using social media frequently.
