The onboarding to Zoho was very lengthy and troublesome; the onboarding team was not helpful and was very slow. Once onboarded, Zoho was not smooth to operate, the multitude of functions did not talk well with each other, and the navigation was not user-friendly. Zoho one is enterprise level product from Zoho. CRM,Desk,Social,campaign, assist,zoho sign and docs and few of most useful product. All the producta are very simple to use and support provided by Zoho team even for evaluation customers commendable.
