There isn’t anything in particular that stands out, but I think having an easy-to-use user manual or an AI bot would make things more interactive and user-friendly, especially for introverts. I was using another Crm platform for 2 years. Everything took time to do with not alot of benefits. Also when i needed support it was also very rarely available. Since i have started to use Zoho recruit i have been super impressed with the crm all round experience. Its ticks all my boxes for my requirements for my company. The layout is great. I find the mobile application of Zoho Recruit quite limited compared to the desktop version. It lacks several features available on desktop, which makes it less convenient when I'm on the go.
