Zoho Recruit helps solve several key problems in our hiring process:

Solution: Zoho Recruit provides a centralized ATS (Applicant Tracking System), so we no longer rely on spreadsheets or disconnected tools to manage candidates.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jobs E. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

Zoho Recruit allows our team at Antdemy Group to manage both internal recruitment and multiple client hiring projects simultaneously with ease. The pipeline management, custom workflow automation, and territory-based role control are incredibly useful for scaling recruitment across brands (like ENI Consultant). We especially love the integration between Recruit and Zoho Creator, which allows our clients and headhunt partners to submit job requests or candidates directly via web forms. Collaboration is seamless through the app, and candidate progress is transparent to both recruiters and hiring managers. It’s a truly flexible, scalable ATS for growing businesses.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

While powerful, Zoho Recruit can feel overwhelming for new users. Some advanced features, like multi-layered permission settings, client/vendor portal customization, and workflow logic, require technical knowledge or support from Zoho’s implementation team. The reporting tool, though helpful, could be more visual and flexible, especially for users who want quick executive dashboards without setting up Zoho Analytics separately. Also, native integration with local job boards in Vietnam is still limited, requiring third-party workarounds.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zoho Recruit for both internal hiring and external recruitment services through our consulting brand, ENI Consultant. Specifically:

To manage multiple recruitment pipelines across dozens of client projects simultaneously.

To centralize candidate data, job openings, and communication across our HR, sales, and client-facing teams.

To streamline collaboration with hiring managers via the client portal.

To empower our headhunt collaborators and partners to submit candidates through vendor portals or Zoho Creator integration.

To automate repetitive tasks like CV screening, interview scheduling, status updates, and reporting.

To track and manage all stages of recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance in a fully transparent and efficient way.

Zoho Recruit has become the central ATS powering our hybrid recruitment model—both internal operations and client delivery.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

As someone from a mid-sized HR team, Zoho Recruit has been a solid tool for managing our hiring pipeline. What I liked most was how easy it was to set up job postings and track applicants across different stages. The interface isn’t flashy, but it’s clean and functional. We also liked the email templates and automation it saved us a lot of manual follow ups.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

The reporting features could be more flexible. For example, we tried creating custom reports around time-to-hire and source performance, and it took longer than expected to get the data right

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zoho Recruit, our hiring process was scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and different job portals. It was tough to track candidates, follow up with interviewers, or even know where someone was in the pipeline. Zoho Recruit brought everything under one roof now we can post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and track status all in one place.

The biggest benefit has been transparency and collaboration. Our team doesn’t need to chase updates or manually update Excel sheets. Interview feedback is centralized, and automation features like email triggers and reminders help us move faster without missing steps. It’s also helped reduce time-to-hire and improve the candidate experience since things are more streamlined on our end.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando C. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

The modular, highly customizable structure allows adapting the recruitment process to different client profiles and types of vacancies. Candidate management is intuitive, CV parsing works very well, and the creation of customized pipelines is an added value. Integration with job boards and the agency's career site simplifies sourcing. Automations save real time for the team.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

The Agency edition could benefit from a more advanced reporting system in the Standard plan. Some integrations require higher plans or other Zoho products, which can increase the cost if a more integrated operation is desired. There is also a lack of a visual dashboard management that is more flexible and less based on static lists.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The global experience is very positive. Zoho Recruit is a powerful solution for recruitment agencies that want to organize, automate, and scale selection processes. The initial learning curve exists, but it is quickly overcome with the support of documentation and technical support. For agencies focused on national and international placement, it is a platform that allows for an agile, structured, and professional operation. The cost-benefit ratio of the Standard edition is very competitive.

  ### 21. Great, User Friendly, Well-made ATS for Small Business

I love that Zoho Recruit is user friendly. I can onboard and train my clients in a half a day. It has everything, every tool I (and my clients) need to manage recruiting.

Zoho allows my clients to have a centralized recruiting platform and a database to keep all candidates for easy access. Hiring managers are able to watch the progress on a candidate in real time and be part of the process.

  ### 22. Powerful and Affordable ATS for Growing Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suresh J. | Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

The automation tools, especially resume parsing and email workflows, save a ton of time. Plus, the integration with Google Workspace makes collaboration effortless for our team.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

The mobile app feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version — it’s great for quick updates, but not ideal for managing full workflows on the go. Also, the UI in some areas looks a bit outdated, and the learning curve can be a little steep for first-time users. Support response times could be faster during peak hours.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Recruit has helped us solve the problem of managing a growing volume of applicants and streamlining our end-to-end hiring process. Before, we were juggling resumes across emails and spreadsheets, which was time-consuming and easy to lose track of candidates. Now, everything is centralized — from job postings to interviews — making it easy to track applicants, communicate quickly, and reduce time-to-hire. The automation features, like resume parsing and interview scheduling, save hours of manual work each week and let our team focus more on engaging with the right candidates.

  ### 28. Makes Hiring Simple and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanna V. | Talent Acquisition Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

What I like best about Zoho Recruit is how intuitive and customizable the platform is. It streamlines the entire recruitment process—from posting jobs to managing candidates and communicating with clients. The automation features save me a lot of time, and the ability to tailor workflows and pipelines to suit my specific needs as a recruiter is a huge advantage. The integration with other Zoho tools also enhances productivity and keeps everything centralized. It's a great solution for managing end-to-end recruitment efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

None so far. The platform has been reliable, user-friendly, and meets my recruitment needs effectively. I haven't encountered any major issues or limitations in my experience to date.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Recruit helps me manage job postings, track candidates, and streamline communication, all in one place. It saves time and keeps my recruitment process organized and efficient.

  ### 29. Very user-friendly and easily customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eldon B. | 1099 PeopleOps Consultant - Self Employed, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

I haven't been using Zoho for an extended period of time, but it's one of the easiest ATS options to configure and implement. It has rich features like customizable automated workflow actions, resume parsing configurations, and nearly every action can be templated for easy engagement and notifications. The pricing is also very reasonable and is flexible for our hiring velocity. Having implemented various other ATS options in the past, I'm very pleased we chose Zoho for our next ATS. Support has also been very great and I receive continuous proactive check-ins from their business development team.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

I haven't found anything I really dislike. I have found the system doesn't let you configure all features/options until you validate your corporate email domain (using SPF/DKIM, ask your helpdesk). I attempted to edit the fields in different modules and some default fields couldn't be deleted because they're tied to webforms; those forms can't be edited until the domain is validated. This isn't a challenge for us as we plan to validate our domain, but you should know there are restrictions until you do. But, it's also not required.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had a bootstrapped ATS for years and our hiring workflows are highly inefficient. Any ATS would be a step up, but Zoho especially has been solving the headache of implementation. It's been really easy to configure without much technical knowledge. We're going to have a single source of truth finally once this is implemented. It will be helping us to create a better careers page, stay in touch with (and track) our candidates, and we're also excited to have faster job matches using the AI matching feature. Probably most importantly, it's going to fit our budget and inconsistent hiring velocity like a glove.

  ### 30. A reliable recruitment tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

While Zoho recruit has a lot of great features. I do find the reporting tools to be a bit lacking.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us automate manual tasks like resume parsing and candidate outreach saving us a lot if time.its also streamlined collaboration among the team, making it easy to share feedback and track applicants in one place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray R. | Owner Operators, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

Finding candidates can often be a lengthy and complex process, but Zoho Recruit has made it more streamlined and organized. From candidate searches and process tracking to interview scheduling and the final hiring stage, everything is much easier to manage.

With Zoho Recruit's reporting tools, I can access a detailed list of all candidates registered on the company's job portal. This allows me to review their profiles, understand their experience, and select the best fit for the vacancy.

The platform's setup is straightforward, and the overall user experience is highly intuitive and efficient, providing excellent support to the recruitment process and helping maintain clear organization for every candidate.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

The filtering for each candidate is not complete for example the age that is so important to know there is no way to look for it and sometimes the candidate is good but age does not apply and I can see it until I enter the curriculum but not by search

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Zoho Recruit, I automated the candidate selection process for vacancies. First, I set up a web form that all candidates filled out, providing all the necessary information. Afterward, I reviewed the candidates and contacted those who met our requirements. I also used the ATS system to track the current stage of each candidate and utilized the analytics tools.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps all candidate information organized in one place.
Posting jobs and tracking applicants is simple and saves us a lot of time.

  ### 34. Highly Recomend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melinda B. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

It's easy to use and integrates with the other recruiting tools I use. It also makes remote collaboration easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

It's reporting capabilities are limited, it would be nice if was a little more robust.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was managing jobs and candidates in Google Sheets, which was fine when I only had a few, small things I was doing, but unsustainable once business picked up. This is an ATS and a tool to keep me organized, and it's keeping things consistent so that my remote employee and I have a consistent platform.

  ### 35. Zoho - An Amazing ATS to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yatrik M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

All things are good about zoho, I specially love zoho for how they present all the required data on a dashboard. From the Application information stored to the onboarding of the candidate all can be done. I just am liking to use the product day by day.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

Nothing that i have come across that I would like to dislike about zoho i have seen.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

Zoho Recruit has been a really good tool for managing our hiring process. It has everything we need, from tracking candidates to setting up interviews and keeping things organized. Honestly, it felt a bit tricky to figure out at first, but once we got the hang of it, it’s been smooth sailing. Overall, it does exactly what we need and has made our recruitment way easier.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

If I had to point out something, the filtering can be a bit challenging, and I wish there was a bit more flexibility in customizing things the way we want. But overall, it does exactly what we need and has made our recruitment much easier.

**What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Recruit helps us manage the entire hiring process in one place. Before, things were a bit all over the place with tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up. Now, everything is organized, and our team can easily collaborate and keep track of each step. It saves us a lot of time, keeps things from falling through the cracks, and makes the whole process smoother from start to finish.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramandeep S. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

Zoho Recruit is an exceptionally user-friendly and versatile platform for recruitment needs. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for end users, even those new to recruitment software, to navigate the system with ease. The platform is highly customizable, allowing users to tailor workflows, forms, and fields to meet the specific needs of their recruitment process, which adds significant flexibility.

One of Zoho Recruit’s standout features is its seamless integration with multiple job boards. This capability greatly enhances reach and streamlines the posting process, saving considerable time and effort. The ability to post jobs across multiple platforms from a single interface is incredibly efficient for recruiters and hiring teams, enabling better candidate sourcing and improved visibility.

Overall, Zoho Recruit offers an impressive combination of ease of use, customization, and powerful integration options that support efficient and effective recruitment processes.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

While Zoho Recruit offers strong customization and robust features, it does have a few areas for improvement. One of the main challenges users face is the lack of a thorough user manual, especially in the setup process. For new users, or those less familiar with recruitment platforms, the setup can feel overwhelming and confusing, with multiple layers of settings and options to configure.

The platform’s extensive customization capabilities are valuable, but the high level of configuration options can create complexity. Without a clear guide or walkthrough, navigating and adjusting settings can be challenging, and users might find it hard to understand the impact of specific configurations on the overall workflow.

A more straightforward, streamlined onboarding process, with detailed setup instructions or an interactive guide, could go a long way in making Zoho Recruit even more accessible and user-friendly for all experience levels.

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?**

I have been with zoho for over a decade now using their crm, invoice and recruitement products. They have an amazing suite of products and can be nicely integrated with eachother and other external applications. Best of all, the customer service is phenominal.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?**

This is just something they could improve on, just updating the interface to mimic other newer applications, so just giving it a facelift.

It is helping me keep all of my customer/client/staffing information all under one hub and organized.

The import functionality for large batch resume imports is slow as it processes no more than 10 at a time. The second issue with this ATS system is its lack of AI screening tools that better match candidates based on percentage to required traits for the job.

Multi-channel Recruitment and screening of large batch of candidates.
