I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. Zoho people is best HRM software that i have ever used. There are alots things that i would love to tell you about are the followings.
1- It helps to recognise the performance of the well deserved employees.
2- Its makes the attendance very easier.
3- You can regularise your attendance from your pc or even your mobile application.
4- The Best KPI tool for HRM.
5- Leaves and Holidays Management.
6- Bonus and performances appraisal disbursements.

We've been using Zoho Desk for over a year now, and it has transformed our customer support operations. The ticketing system is incredibly intuitive and has helped us keep track of customer issues without anything falling through the cracks. The automation features are a lifesaver, as we’ve been able to set up workflows that route tickets to the right departments automatically, which saves a ton of manual effort. While Zoho Desk has some useful features, there are a few downsides that have impacted our experience. The biggest issue for us is the steep learning curve when it comes to advanced customization. Setting up automation workflows and customizing ticket fields required more technical knowledge than we expected, and the documentation wasn't always clear. This software made the organisation of the receipts so much easier. Once receipts are scanned, it extracts all the necessary information, all you need to do is to assign the expense to the category. When the expenses are added to report, it arranges the expenses by the date, which is extremely helpful when you need to amend and spilt your expenses by date. Also, if you have expenses in different currency it automatically shows an exchange rate and convert your expenses to the currency of your choice.

It's easy to use even for kids. It's a all in one solution. Domain, hosting, builder, SSL all is managed with superb UI. Way more basic than WIX and WordPress, So easy to implement, which allows you to focus on your goals rather than spending time on learning and managing the tech. Customer Support is decent. Some things don't make sense at all. Like you can't have /blog URL for your blog. Even when you turn off comments for the page, it keeps showing O comments under title on your post. You can't use example.com as your primary domain. You must use the www.example.com as primary. So while its awesome if you are starting, but if you are looking for a luxury experience, this is definitely not the product to go for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface of Zoho CRM is super easy to use. I can easily customize the dashboard with most accessed features. I use Zoho CRM to manage my leads, and contacts and track sales. I implemented the solution company-wide is less than 15 days as their support team and resources are quick to respond to any queries. We have integrated the CRM with Slack and Google cloud for easy collaboration and reporting. Zoho CRM offers excellent contact management that helps us to regularly followup with potential customers and nurture leads. I have a small business, and the intranet I implemented on Zoho Connect is essential to my work. It’s a very intuitive tool, and I customized it to my liking without needing assistance or a specialist. I’m a finance professional, and my IT knowledge is self-taught, yet I was able to configure it my way. I believe I’m only using 5% of the tool’s potential, as there are automations and APIs I haven’t even explored yet. If you’re looking for a useful tool that promotes a productive work culture and offers the best cost-benefit on the market, Zoho Connect is the best you can find. I've been working in the customer support/success industry for the past 5 years and I know that a clean, functional, and intuitive ticketing system is crucial. I haven't dived deep with ZohoDesk yet, but the first experience was surprisingly pleasant: clean interface, dark mode (!), and all the necessary functions that I need to perform basic tasks efficiently are here, even in the free version. I was interested in the AI-bot functionality for live chats, but it turns out you need to use your own ChatGPT API key to enable it, so I wasn’t able to test that feature. I did try using the knowledge-base-driven chatbot, but unfortunately, it wasn’t very effective. There might be a way to train it better, but I couldn’t figure it out.
