Zoho books offers a very straightforward approach with a friendly UI. They have excellent customer service and offer competitive pricing and a feature-rich platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho does not have a direct way to migrate from some platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks but you can still accomplish such migrations due to their thorough guides (and if you get stuck they have a team willing to assist). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about ZOHO is how straightforward it is to set up the account. They provide several resources so I could be self sufficent, but anytime I needed a ZOHO specialists, it was easy to get a hold of someone and hop on a call to go over whatever questions I have. Being able to "automate" my inventory based on sales going out the door has reduced the need for daily physical inventory counts. We now just do a verification count at the end of the month, and so far our counts have been spot. While the platform is specifically designed for inventory management, it does a pretty good job of storing all of my customer information and tracking sales, which allows me to use it as a full ERP system. Lastly, it integrates with several well known platforms, including Quickbooks which has allowed me to reduce the burden on my bookkeepers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I found with Zoho is the limited amount of warehouses you get with the lower tier subscriptions. This is probably a problem that is somewhat unique to me, but being able to track inventory from multiple warehouses with the extra fee would be nice, but the fee is managable so I wont complain much. Has great features that I was able to explore during my trial period that I can apply to my shared services agency. They also have great customer support. I can easily get assistance via their live chat support. It is also easy to implement and can undertsand how each feature works. the most helpful thing about Zoho desk was collecting the most important activities that take place with clients in one place. Thanks to the application, you can successfully reduce the number of other tools for everyday work. The thing that can be discouraging is the terribly large amount of information and options that attack the user after starting the program. It is even worse when we go to the settings - a huge amount of information. I think the settings module should be presented in a simpler way and better sorted. Being able to submit expenses that seamlessly flow through an approval chain makes the whole process super easy. Any warnings/inconsistencies are flagged. Having that kind of information readily available at a glance makes the overall approval process feel effortless. The integration to our backend systems is effective and was easy to integrate. Credit card integration for expense reconsolidation is not available to free customers. I am willing to pay for ansubscription but the minimum number of users is 3. Using Zoho Social for 6 years, I never looked into any of the other similar platforms because it does everything at a fairly low price. Connects with all other apps from Zoho, especially Bigin CRM, my favourite platform for managing my clients. Its too good to not like Zoho social functionality. Its integration is best as I personally use all zoho products. Its really easy to set up and easy to use. The most helpful about Zoho mail is that we can easily integrate any domain with them and create a free of cost branded business email addresses for utilizing business communication with our vendor and customers.
