Even the free account has a proffessional, polished looking invoice at the end. A client actually complimented me on it! In future, I'd like to get the paid account and customize the invoice to match my brand.
I like that I can create a client account (they even get a portal) so that I can easily select them, get their information autofilled into the invoice, and keep track of their payments.
I also appreciate that I can mark an invoice paid if they choose a different payment method, and also that I can offer payment through zoho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an "hours" setting that I could replace "units" with. I'm not selling goods, but hours of services. It feels a little bit off and I hope clients don't notice it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the amazing dashboards and monitoring system Zoho has. Zoho allowed us to keep an eye on how the public is interacting with the company and brand perception. Since I am a social media marketer I use it for all my clients and I can check all the social media accounts from one dashboard which is amazing. It also helps you to to be more interactive and social in public overall I love all the features it provides like Publishing Calendar, Bulk Scheduler, and Repeat Post and so on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall I love this tool it really works for me in everything. I believe the price factor could be considered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate. Even without formal training on the software you can learn the majority of its core functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Specific to our use; we wish there was clearer and more intuitive ways to connect our products to the service, such as being able to mass upload products from a CSV to the database and directly connect them to the knowledge base. It also would be nice to have a way to search up our products using different identification numbers, such as a UPC, SKU, Model Number, or product name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've evaluated multiple CRM solutions for our small med-tech subsidiary and selected Zoho based on it's modularity and customization features. From all available versions, we are now using the CRMPlus package. The CRM is either cloud based as a desktop solution or accessible via the app. The customer support is timely and helpful. It is pertinent to have a very clear view of the process you want the CRM to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many features and programming options, that the implementation proved to be a challenge. Without the assistance of a partner company, I would not have been able to get the system up and running as intended. Those additional costs can be excessive, in our case well beyond the planned US$20k and we still have issues. Most notable the integration of a marketplace add-on from Microsoft to synch MS Exchange e-mails into the CRM, a most basic requirement which seems to be technically challenging on the back-end of the application as tech support at ZoHo continues to work on the issue. The most helpful about Zoho mail is that we can create domain-based email addresses for free of cost, which is a very simple and easy process.
The implementation and integration of domains purchased from any domain registrar can be easily incorporated with the Zoho Mail service. The customer support service of Zoho via mail is excellent, they promptly reply to your queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing about Zoho Mail is its limited storage space within the free plan, they provide only 5GB space, which is not sufficient if you have bulk email attachments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Social has made it very easy to manage my accounts and made my whole process significantly more efficient. The app is a great resource for content creators and I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand their content to a broader audience in an easy to use and understand platform. I will continue to use this application for the foreseeable future. Thank you Zoho! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app doesn't have as many features as the web platform. I would recommend using the web platform over the app beacuse of this. I also wish there was an option to add additional social media platforms that aren't already integrated into Zoho Social. I would also look forward to learning more about the analtyics and how to use those! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used many different ticketing systems in my career. The initial setup of Zoho was very easy and I was able to get my team up and running in a very short time. The features you get for the price are great value, especially for small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was better integration with M365 for end-user contacts. I was able to import my users, but a realtime sync would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used Zoho Forms for a long time, unfortunately, we encountered certain functions that could not be applied. Therefore, after much deliberation, we decided to switch. For basic forms, it is easy to use. Additionally, it is also easy to integrate, and the emails are received well. I think we used Zoho Forms for 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is not optimal, in addition, you miss certain features. And if you're not careful, you might end up with an extra subscription. If you ask a question, it takes a long time before you really get an answer from the helpdesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho books offers a very straightforward approach with a friendly UI. They have excellent customer service and offer competitive pricing and a feature-rich platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho does not have a direct way to migrate from some platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks but you can still accomplish such migrations due to their thorough guides (and if you get stuck they have a team willing to assist). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about ZOHO is how straightforward it is to set up the account. They provide several resources so I could be self sufficent, but anytime I needed a ZOHO specialists, it was easy to get a hold of someone and hop on a call to go over whatever questions I have. Being able to "automate" my inventory based on sales going out the door has reduced the need for daily physical inventory counts. We now just do a verification count at the end of the month, and so far our counts have been spot. While the platform is specifically designed for inventory management, it does a pretty good job of storing all of my customer information and tracking sales, which allows me to use it as a full ERP system. Lastly, it integrates with several well known platforms, including Quickbooks which has allowed me to reduce the burden on my bookkeepers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I found with Zoho is the limited amount of warehouses you get with the lower tier subscriptions. This is probably a problem that is somewhat unique to me, but being able to track inventory from multiple warehouses with the extra fee would be nice, but the fee is managable so I wont complain much.
