Zoho Books has an easy to use interface, across web and mobile apps. Transactions are easy to create, edit and send to customers, suppliers and other users. Portals are super helpful for our customers and suppliers to view their transactions with us, as well as add or update their details and add credit cards and/or direct debits. Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. I’ve been using Zoho Desk for a while now, and I must say it’s one of the best helpdesk solutions available. Here are some of the key things I love about it:
• User-Friendly Interface – The platform is well-designed and easy to navigate, even for beginners. It doesn’t take much time to get familiar with the features.
• Powerful Automation – Zoho Desk has excellent automation tools that streamline ticket management, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency. The workflows and AI-powered assistance (Zia) help optimize customer support.

IT is very easy to use has cross platform options available.
It is easy to implement and quick as well. We use it regularly for our day to day business expeses tracking. It has some great features especially the Mileage expense tracking. It integrates very easily and the customer support is also quick. The helped to very quickly enable the mileage feature for us which was available only to a select users. The notifications are excellent and ensure we never miss anything important. The search functionality is top-notch, making it easy to find tickets or information quickly. The way tickets are organized works perfectly for our workflow. I would have liked the platform to be a bit faster and more responsive at times. On the dashboard, I wish there were more customization options available to tailor it to our specific needs. We are currently using out MSP's ConnectWise for a ticketing system. We are paying a per user fee, per month. The cost of this system, annually, is less then 2 months of ConnectWise. ConnectWise is feature filled, and robust, and is WAY more than we need, as we are only a 100-employee medical practice. The interface is clean, not wordy, and the time to learn the new system was minimal. Pretty straight forward. in the rial period, features are limited. It is a comprehensive and flexible tool that helps me improve customer relationship management, increase sales, and optimize business processes. It is easy to use although it requires time to adapt to all the functions. All relevant customer information (interaction history, notes, opportunities) is in one place, which facilitates management and access to data. It allows automating tasks, improving collaboration with the team, and thus reducing the time we dedicate to administrative tasks. It improves decision-making by providing reports and analysis based on real business data. It requires a period of adaptation to master all its functions, although Zoho CRM is intuitive.

I am setting up de platform, I planned to use to receive alerts from Site24x7 as well as assign tickets to my Field Support team. I am having a very good impression of how it works, it is very easy to integrate and setup the alerts to generate tickets. The integrations between Zoho Desk and Site24x7 works smoothly and once the service is running again the tickets are closed automically.
