The platform is very intuitive and easy to use and easy to implement. I really liked it because it divides the sales funnel into stages and allows you to move the lead to the stage it is in without complication. It also allows you to register your client portfolio and estimate revenue based on sales or products sold. The program is free, which greatly helps freelancers' sales and client management. I know it's for security reasons, but when entering most of the time you need to confirm the code sent by email or the registered phone. Regarding the design, there could be more options to change the colors, as there is only the green option of the platform. I have been remotely supporting clients with various applications for many years, and I have been very impressed with the capabilities of Zoho Assist, both in the free and paid versions, but I do appreciate the extra capabilities - such as persisting through reboots simply, and local uploading. I love ZS because I am a musician and content creator that spends a lot of time creating content and there are very many learning curves and things that take your attention away from creating. ZOHO Social is very intuitive and easy to understand and setup and use almost immediately. The amount of platforms to share to is better than the competition.
