What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use and easy to implement. I really liked it because it divides the sales funnel into stages and allows you to move the lead to the stage it is in without complication. It also allows you to register your client portfolio and estimate revenue based on sales or products sold. The program is free, which greatly helps freelancers' sales and client management. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I know it's for security reasons, but when entering most of the time you need to confirm the code sent by email or the registered phone. Regarding the design, there could be more options to change the colors, as there is only the green option of the platform. What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

We've been using Zoho Desk's trial version of professional plan from last few days and it's very flexible to use. For almost all of our requirements Zoho Desk has solution inbuilt. Great platform to work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

There's no option to send mass emails to our contacts or agents like Zoho Recruit has. Also, we can't integrate Zoho Desk and Zoho Recruit with each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all we will have a system where our customer can raise their issues and give us the feedbacks related to our services and also our agents will be able to see the tickets created by customers and without sharing their personal contact details with the customers they will be able to resolve their issues. I have been remotely supporting clients with various applications for many years, and I have been very impressed with the capabilities of Zoho Assist, both in the free and paid versions, but I do appreciate the extra capabilities - such as persisting through reboots simply, and local uploading. Compared to some of its competition, the automation rules and workflows of Zoho Desk can be limiting. Integration with external applications outside the Zoho ecosystem may require more workarounds. What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I love ZS because I am a musician and content creator that spends a lot of time creating content and there are very many learning curves and things that take your attention away from creating. ZOHO Social is very intuitive and easy to understand and setup and use almost immediately. The amount of platforms to share to is better than the competition. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho is one of the nicest, most designed, and frictionless CRMs I have ever used. Its user interface is catchy and attractive, and its intuitive UI arrangement makes it well-suited for everyone's use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We map our customers' requests to the corresponding vendors. This requires a lot of back-and-forth communication between customers and vendors. Keeping tabs on every communication can become messy and can go out of sync pretty much at any time. Zoho CRM helps us maintain the sync. The Kanban board is our go-to solution. A simple and intuitive user interface helps us team members maintain the pace. A 15-minute walkthrough of the process and newly assigned members were as good as old ones.
