What do you like best about Zoho Cliq?

The best about Zoho Cliq is it's user-friendly, and clean user interface. It perfectly integrated with the Zoho Calendar, and remind me of any events, and meetings. The mobile version also works best. We can update our current status to the members of organization, and it ensures no other cross calls in between meetings or calls. What problems is Zoho Cliq solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using Zoho Cliq as my official chat tool. I can share my works, files, and any content to my team through Zoho Cliq. There are various channels we can create specific to particular objectives. We can know the current status of all the employees of our organization, whether they are active, on leave, or open for collaboration. What do you like best about Zoho Cliq?

Its easy to use. Creating groups in this is simple like whatsapp. Video & audio calls make easy. File sharing is also easy with just drag & drop feature. It also have emoji, stickers & meme page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Cliq?

Heavy file sharing took lot of time on cliq.

In Cliq calls many times call gets on hold and re connecting status. It have some connection bug issue I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We as a team use Cliq to send instant work-related messages, updates, etc. We have many internal groups and all company member groups for various purposes. It allows end number of members to add in a group. Its very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

Zoho's customizations are easy to understand, and the menu tree is logical and intuitive to navigate. It at least matches the features in competitor products I'm comparing it to, with a few interesting additions. If we decide to migrate to Zoho, I foresee a straightforward implementation. What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

Other products are able to integrate directly with our O365 email account instead of requiring forwarding. The import function would be improved by displaying the module's fields & data types. Allowing the default modules to be modified or deleted/hidden would also make migration simpler by keeping data consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho is a potential solution for our customer support ticket management. We can use custom modules to track & update the technical specifications of each of our clients, and the platform would be a communication hub for all communication between our Support team and clients - keeping records of these conversations and the work we do is extremely important.
