What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

Before I got Zoho Desk my website only had my email listed for customer communication. And now my customers have a nice page with common FAQs and the ability to send me a support ticket that I can easily access from the Zoho Desk app on my iphone to quickly solve their issues. What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

We first found out about ZOHO because people were saying that integrations always work and it's one of the most affordable professional ticketing solutions. We found out that this is true. Even if we strike an integration problem, their team connects with us via Zoom and helps out. I highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
