I am setting up de platform, I planned to use to receive alerts from Site24x7 as well as assign tickets to my Field Support team. I am having a very good impression of how it works, it is very easy to integrate and setup the alerts to generate tickets. The integrations between Zoho Desk and Site24x7 works smoothly and once the service is running again the tickets are closed automically.
I am now setting up for the Field Service Support team and I am sure I will have a huge improvement on my Service Management and SLA Management outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the most helpful thing about Zoho desk was collecting the most important activities that take place with clients in one place. Thanks to the application, you can successfully reduce the number of other tools for everyday work. The thing that can be discouraging is the terribly large amount of information and options that attack the user after starting the program. It is even worse when we go to the settings - a huge amount of information. I think the settings module should be presented in a simpler way and better sorted. I'm new to Zoho Expense, but so far it has been really helpful. When possible, I email the receipt for my purchases. I have set up a rule that when I get an email tagged with "receipt", the email is forwarded to Zoho Expense. I even forgot about checking on the receipt for a recent purchase, but I selected "Email the Receipt" and a few minutes later, I got a message from Zoho saying that my expense had been processed! THAT's helpful!

Sometimes the interface can be a little confusing. There is an icon on the dashboard that indicates the status of any expenses, but you can't click on it to view them.
Another slightly confusing thing is what is called "Unreported Expenses." That doesn't mean "expenses that haven't been turned in," it means "expenses that aren't on a report." So at the top of the Expenses page is "Unreported Expenses" and "All Expenses." You can click edit (to categorize an expense), but that's not available under "All Expenses." Zoho CRM is one of the best Indian CRM systems, with all the comprehensive features and ease of use. It's easy to create leads in the system, one can monitor all kind of details and track them. All the leads can be converted into deals and also can be marked to different stages of deals like Negotiation, technical discussion, or loss. Zoho CRM also offers analytics to show a graphical presentation of the details captured at the deal level or lead level. I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. Zoho people is best HRM software that i have ever used. There are alots things that i would love to tell you about are the followings.
1- It helps to recognise the performance of the well deserved employees.
2- Its makes the attendance very easier.
3- You can regularise your attendance from your pc or even your mobile application.
4- The Best KPI tool for HRM.
5- Leaves and Holidays Management.
6- Bonus and performances appraisal disbursements.

We've been using Zoho Desk for over a year now, and it has transformed our customer support operations. The ticketing system is incredibly intuitive and has helped us keep track of customer issues without anything falling through the cracks. While Zoho Desk has some useful features, there are a few downsides that have impacted our experience. The biggest issue for us is the steep learning curve when it comes to advanced customization. Setting up automation workflows and customizing ticket fields required more technical knowledge than we expected, and the documentation wasn't always clear. It's easy to use even for kids. It's a all in one solution. Domain, hosting, builder, SSL all is managed with superb UI. Way more basic than WIX and WordPress, So easy to implement, which allows you to focus on your goals rather than spending time on learning and managing the tech. Customer Support is decent. Some things don't make sense at all. Like you can't have /blog URL for your blog. Even when you turn off comments for the page, it keeps showing O comments under title on your post. You can't use example.com as your primary domain. You must use the www.example.com as primary. The interface of Zoho CRM is super easy to use. I can easily customize the dashboard with most accessed features. I use Zoho CRM to manage my leads, and contacts and track sales. I implemented the solution company-wide is less than 15 days as their support team and resources are quick to respond to any queries. We have integrated the CRM with Slack and Google cloud for easy collaboration and reporting. Zoho CRM offers excellent contact management that helps us to regularly followup with potential customers and nurture leads.
