What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

I am setting up de platform, I planned to use to receive alerts from Site24x7 as well as assign tickets to my Field Support team. I am having a very good impression of how it works, it is very easy to integrate and setup the alerts to generate tickets. The integrations between Zoho Desk and Site24x7 works smoothly and once the service is running again the tickets are closed automically.

I am now setting up for the Field Service Support team and I am sure I will have a huge improvement on my Service Management and SLA Management outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Desk really works well with Site24x7, I will be able to better manage my SLA's with this integration and turning the Field Support operation to this tool I bring sinergy between them and the monitoring activities. What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

the most helpful thing about Zoho desk was collecting the most important activities that take place with clients in one place. Thanks to the application, you can successfully reduce the number of other tools for everyday work. The strongest point of the program is the centralization and channeling of email streams that come to the company and manage them in the required way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

The thing that can be discouraging is the terribly large amount of information and options that attack the user after starting the program. It is even worse when we go to the settings - a huge amount of information. I think the settings module should be presented in a simpler way and better sorted. What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Desk allowed us to organize dozens of emails that reach us every day. In our structure, clients send emails both to the main mailbox and to the mailboxes of individual agents. We had problems managing this holistically. Emails were getting lost, were badly distributed and there was no control over them.

Zoho Desk allowed us to redirect these many streams into one stream to which everyone has access and where messages are distributed. Thanks to this, you can control their status and time.

What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

I'm new to Zoho Expense, but so far it has been really helpful. When possible, I email the receipt for my purchases. I have set up a rule that when I get an email tagged with "receipt", the email is forwarded to Zoho Expense. I even forgot about checking on the receipt for a recent purchase, but I selected "Email the Receipt" and a few minutes later, I got a message from Zoho saying that my expense had been processed! THAT's helpful!

I'm still exploring some of the features, but I'm going to use soon is its programmability. It has been pretty easy to use and at the start, they will help with a demo and getting started. I'm pretty happy with it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

Sometimes the interface can be a little confusing. There is an icon on the dashboard that indicates the status of any expenses, but you can't click on it to view them.

Another slightly confusing thing is what is called "Unreported Expenses." That doesn't mean "expenses that haven't been turned in," it means "expenses that aren't on a report." So at the top of the Expenses page is "Unreported Expenses" and "All Expenses." You can click edit (to categorize an expense), but that's not available under "All Expenses." What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is one of the best Indian CRM systems, with all the comprehensive features and ease of use. It's easy to create leads in the system, one can monitor all kind of details and track them. All the leads can be converted into deals and also can be marked to different stages of deals like Negotiation, technical discussion, or loss. Zoho CRM also offers analytics to show a graphical presentation of the details captured at the deal level or lead level. Zoho CRM is a tool to monitor all your Sales team and inside sales team performance at one place. For any organisation its essential to store all kind of leads at one place, bifercate these leads into different categories like lead lost, future reach out, not product fit or many more. Zoho CRM not only helps in doing it but also help in running email campaign for right fit leads to nurture to boost sales.

We are here also able to track all sales numbers, month on month basis or quarter on quarter basis and understand which source of leads is giving more business like is it networking, is it referral or is it inbound. What do you like best about Zoho One?

I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. What do you dislike about Zoho One?

It seems each tool has its own support team and tracking down an answer has been challenging. Sometimes there's chat support, sometimes not. Would like to have some consistency here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho people is best HRM software that i have ever used. There are alots things that i would love to tell you about are the followings.

1- It helps to recognise the performance of the well deserved employees.

2- Its makes the attendance very easier.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

We've been using Zoho Desk for over a year now, and it has transformed our customer support operations. The ticketing system is incredibly intuitive and has helped us keep track of customer issues without anything falling through the cracks. While Zoho Desk has some useful features, there are a few downsides that have impacted our experience. The biggest issue for us is the steep learning curve when it comes to advanced customization. Setting up automation workflows and customizing ticket fields required more technical knowledge than we expected, and the documentation wasn't always clear. The omnichannel support is fantastic—being able to manage emails, chats, and social media queries from one place has significantly improved our response time. What do you like best about Zoho Sites?

It's easy to use even for kids. It's a all in one solution. Domain, hosting, builder, SSL all is managed with superb UI. Way more basic than WIX and WordPress, So easy to implement, which allows you to focus on your goals rather than spending time on learning and managing the tech. Customer Support is decent. You can integrate it with other Zoho products and third party analytics products like GA and Pixel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sites?

Some things don't make sense at all. Like you can't have /blog URL for your blog. Even when you turn off comments for the page, it keeps showing O comments under title on your post. You can't use example.com as your primary domain. You must use the www.example.com as primary. So while its awesome if you are starting, but if you are looking for a luxury experience, this is definitely not the product to go for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No random errors, no glitches, no snags. Zoho Sites is a straightforward web builder for dummies. My personal website and blog are built and hosted on Zoho Sites. SSL is managed automatically. Never experienced downtime. GTMetrx and Google pagespeed scores are awesome. Faced no problem with Cloudflare integration. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The interface of Zoho CRM is super easy to use. I can easily customize the dashboard with most accessed features. I use Zoho CRM to manage my leads, and contacts and track sales. I implemented the solution company-wide is less than 15 days as their support team and resources are quick to respond to any queries. We have integrated the CRM with Slack and Google cloud for easy collaboration and reporting. Zoho CRM offers excellent contact management that helps us to regularly followup with potential customers and nurture leads. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?
