Zoho mail lets you create emails using a domain you already own, or buy off the domain from them first. A lot of other providers are available for this service, but we only use Zoho because of its cost effective pricing plans. Moreover, the UI is very simple and intuitive. We would appreciate if there was a way to add files with larger sizes in attachments while sending mails, as the current limit is not enough for us. I love that the zoho mail is free and has no ads at all. Although, my organization has provided my with the company email id for zoho. I also have my personal email ID's logged in via zoho. I like that the zoho has many more other workplace apps and integrations which are so much affordable then its competitors. I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently.
