Creating an alias email using Zoho is very easy and you get also many other useful features with this tool like calendar, contacts, tasks and many more. The attachment filter is very cool to use which carry out every picture and PDF present in the inbox of the user. It has spam filter too which works as a security guard to the user inbox. **What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?** Setting up your business email at the first time is the hardest thing I have gone through. It was very much complicated then I contacted customer service and they helped me very much. You can use multi factor authentication too out of the box + use of mobile admin app to manage most of the things set this service as a go to. In the case of a free account, the user has 5 GB of space available on the mailbox plus an additional 5 GB for documents. The latter space is added because Zoho is primarily an office suite supplier with a range of different and decent applications for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. The last element, although extremely important, is privacy. Zoho emphasizes that it makes every effort to ensure that unauthorized persons, including Company employees can not suspect mail.
