It is a very powerful tool for remote support through AR that technically speaking anyone can use regardless of their technological knowledge, it does not require prior installation, Zoho Lens allows us to connect with customers to assist them when they have problems with their contracted services (ADSL, LB or IPTV), provides us with remote on-site presence, allows us to interact (customer / technician) smoothly and in real time; In the same way it provides us with several tools that facilitate the orientation through the screen (we can draw or write on the screen, enlarge the screen, freeze the image, communicate by chat, take screenshots and record sessions among others). So far I have not had any inconvenience using Zoho Lens, its ease of use and performance has allowed us to use it without any problem, I have no negative comments to share, honestly the experience of using Zoho Lens is very good and satisfactory, it is an excellent product. Zoho Lens is a remote support platform under augmented reality with great features and performance, it is intuitive and provides a series of advanced HD audio/video functions really useful for the process of identification and resolution of problems in the field, Zoho Lens provides us with different possibilities with which we can guide and give instructions to our customers and colleagues: we can add arrows, point and mark objects on the screen where the fault is located, enlarge the screen to have a clearer view of the environment(zoom) and take screenshots in real time, it also allows us to interact and communicate by chat(text or VoIP), record sessions, take notes, etc. I like the user interface because it is concrete and easy to navigate through it, last but not least this tool is designed so that anyone can use it easily, we can start a section through an invitation link or with the startup ID. Zoho Lens provides us with a clear vision in real time of the situation or problem to be solved in the field, we use it primarily to support and assist our staff in their processes of installation or maintenance of GSM networks, UMTS, LTE, VoLTE and others, where it is essential to support and work together with the central to achieve optimal communication links and that are up to our standards of quality and performance. Zoho Lens allows us to be present from the head office in each of these processes thanks to the quality of audio/video that offers in the initiated sessions, which allows us to understand and analyze the environment easily and in the same way to guide with clear instructions to our colleagues to solve them quickly, it also provides us with all the necessary tools to successfully complement these tasks:
-Access to text chat and VoIP.
-I can take screenshots in real time.
- Write on the screen
- Pause the transmission and even record the sessions to evaluate the processes for future eventualities.
Zoho Lens is a very efficient, stable and intuitive AR remote assistance software that can be used very easily, the login process is simple and can be done with a few clicks; through an invitation link or through the login ID, its UI is clean and concrete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is intuitive and easy to use, it can adapt to any situation, which helps us to provide efficient remote support. Zoho Lens allows us to make remote AR connections with users' and colleagues' devices in a secure way, which allows us to identify, provide support (give instructions) and solve technical problems in the field in real time and without having to leave our facilities. In addition, Zoho Lens provides several tools and functions that make the process more fluid and effective. Zoho Lens allows us to communicate by text chat or VoIP, draw on the screen which in our case is very useful to make signs, markings or label wiring as connection guides, we can take screenshots on the fly and record sections among others. We have been using Zoho Lens to establish real-time remote connections with customers and our field colleagues and we have not had any problems so far, it really works very well and provides us with all the necessary tools to remotely assist end users and colleagues, it is also easy to use for the parties involved, for this reason I have no negative comments to add, 10 out of 10 for Zoho Lens. I like the ease with which we can use it and its good performance. We use Zoho Lens mainly in 2 specific cases: 1- To guide customers in manual processes when they have failures in their services due to a poor physical connection. (ADSL, IPTV, or LB). 2- When our field technical teams have some difficulty in installation or maintenance processes of our equipment and require support from the central office. Zoho Lens provides us with a 360-degree and real-time view of the situation on the ground; it allows us to analyze them to quickly find solutions and assist the parties involved. Zoho Lens allows us to assist our customers under augmented reality and collaborate with our team, it has a UI in which we can navigate without any inconvenience, also during a session we can use text or voice chat to communicate better, and we can even record the sessions to use them later in similar cases or improve processes. Because most of our clients are scattered across the globe, Zoho Lens assists us with remote assistance, which is quite helpful. While Zoho Lens is effective in a minimal number of situations, it does not provide the same level of functionality or customizability as other available remote assistance options. Zoho lens utilizes the Augmented reality enabled devices such as smart glasses, and the full process can be monitored on another remote computer. This is the feature which I loved the most about it, being able to control and monitor the live processes remotely. The one feature which I think is lacking in Zoholens is the transfer time while using iPhone to capture the information. I hope they make the changes in the future updates.
