I found Zoho Learn very good, particularly for training my employees. I appreciate the quiz section and the progress performance section, which help make the training process more systemized and efficient. The initial setup of Zoho Learn was quite easy, which made transitioning to it seamless. I recently shifted my experience from Notion to Zoho Learn because it suits my needs better. We can't wait until we actually understand how Zoho works and how to get the most out of it. It is so far showing us that it is going to do a lot of amazing things for our company, and we are very excited to start to be able to use it to its full purpose. We have Zoho learn as part of Zoho One, unfortunately we are still battling through trying to work out exactly how this works along with most of the other apps. Overall, I don't know about its features to be able to answer this honestly yet. I would say what I dislike about Zoho Learn is the same as every other app. There is no real straightforward guide or instructions available as to how to make it work together, or how to get the most from the software overall. Zoho itself is literally zero help to customers unless you are an enterprise customer. They just tell you to go to a link and read a page of instructions, which would be fine, but maybe don't build a program that is so extensive in every way, then give us extremely poor and difficult to find and follow instructions. The only reason I don't give Zoho a 10/10 is because so far we have been offline for two weeks with all the drama of setting it up, nobody from Zoho will help at all, and it's cost us a mint and almost derailed our entire business. Any other business would have ditched them and moved on. Zoho doesn't talk to you on the phone or offer any real service as far as I can see. If I am wrong, they need to make this stuff more obvious, like they should make it more obvious on how to actually use this program. Consider a book: "Zoho for Dummies" When I buy a program, I don't want to then have to go and hire an independent consultant to show me how to use it effectively. We use this LMS for our various certification programs. Ease of use is smooth and straightforward. Although their customer support is not available much but their guide and documentation is good enough. I must admit that they have plenty of features which are really helpful in our org. All Zoho apps suffer with the same "problem". They are so enormously customisable, they can be implemented to solve any need in your business, but the learning and build curve is steep as a result.

If you're not familiar with setting these kinds of systems up, it can be a real challenge. Zoho's KnowledgeBase and Community Forums are excellent sources of info to help with implementation, but it's still a lot of work to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
