**What do you like best about Zoho Forms?**

I started using Zoho Forms a few months ago, and one thing I really liked is how simple and easy it is to create forms without needing complicated setup. The interface feels clean and beginner-friendly, and the AI-based template suggestions make form creation faster. I recently created an appointment booking form for one of my clients, and the experience was smooth from setup to sharing the form.I also liked how customizable the forms are for different needs like appointments, contact forms, registrations, and client details. For people or businesses looking for an easy form builder with a neat workflow and quick setup, Zoho Forms feels like a very useful option.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?**

One thing I felt could be improved in Zoho Forms is the subscription and feature access system. While the platform is easy to use and works well for creating forms, some useful features feel limited in the lower plans, especially for beginners or small businesses who are just starting out. I think Zoho could make the pricing structure a little more flexible and include a few more advanced features in basic plans. That would help new users explore the platform better before upgrading.

I started exploring Zoho Forms a few months ago, mainly for creating forms for client communication and appointment handling. Before using it, collecting client details and managing responses manually felt less organized and took more time. One thing that really helped me was the AI-based template suggestions, which made form creation much faster and easier. I created a contact and appointment form for a client using those templates, and the setup process felt smooth even without advanced technical knowledge.The platform feels simple to handle because the interface is clean and beginner friendly. Editing fields, customizing forms, sharing links, and managing responses can all be done without much complexity. I also liked that it helps keep client information organized in one place, which makes workflows easier for small businesses, freelancers, or teams. I think buyers should consider Zoho Forms because it saves time, reduces manual work, and makes professional form creation very simple. I find Zoho Forms pretty easy to use and customize. It allows me to customize what information I want to collect from prospects or referral partners. It also saves al information collected so I can use it later. I love the product.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?**

While not a dislike per se, some of the additional features can be complicated and hard to learn and hard to integrate.  It can take a bit of time to figure it out sometimes.

**What problems is Zoho Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Forms to create forms for prospects to fill out and gather information, which helps me prequalify them. This saves me a ton of time when prioritizing which meetings I should set first and which I should simply not schedule.

We have used Zoho Forms for a long time, unfortunately, we encountered certain functions that cannot be applied. Therefore, after much deliberation, we have unfortunately decided to switch. For basic forms, it is easy to use. Additionally, it is also easy to integrate, and the emails are received well. We have used Zoho Forms for about 5 years.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?**

The price is not optimal, and you also miss certain features. And if you're not careful, you might end up stuck with an extra subscription. If you ask a question, it takes a long time before you really get an answer from the helpdesk.

We initially searched for a website/app where we could create forms for the technicians, which they need to fill out when they start working in a house.

Zoho forms gives the pool of features which sometimes as a new user you have to learn which might take some time to adopt. But yes it is totally worth to automate the whole flow.

I'm using Zoho forms from last 2 years they have lots of features build it's very easy to create no coding knowledge is required any one can easily create a Zoho forms and integrate with CRM and get email notification if someone filled the forms

I hate Zoho forms lack of customisation options they didn't have best theme to create forms due to that UI/UX of forms didn't look great and the main problem i found in pop-up forms , pop-up forms of Zoho it's very bad for Mobile devices it's not showing properly on mobile devices

It's great to build forms with out any coding experience and very easy to build. And there price is also not that much costly

When you talk of simplicity, then Zoho Forms is such kind of simplicity that we needed for form building. It has excellent form building and editing features which includes use of drag and drop technology to make it so easy to build forms. Sharing forms is so easy and secure. It allows team to work collaboratively when building forms which makes the entire work more simpler. Setting up Zoho Forms is so straightforward and there are no complex steps to follow. This makes it implementation to be smooth and quick. The best thing with Zoho Forms is that we get to integrate it and use it alongside other Zoho products like Zoho CRM and Books and this makes our work more convenient. For all the times we need a form at our workspace, which is probably more than once a day, we always rely on Zoho Forms to help us get the job done.

We really are having a good time with Zoho Forms and we cannot pinpoint any area that has given us any difficulties at all. Moreso, the support team has always been there for us and gives us answers within short periods of time.

Zoho Form builder is very easy to setup and implement, 
The product comes with a feature to generate reports on periodic basis which helps us in getting cusotmer through a single mail.
All the data entered in tohe form can be convereted into a lead and lead progress can be tracked easily
We use the zoho forms in weekly basis to collect customer feedback and improve our product.
The integration of the zoho into the website is very seamless and can be completed very easily.
You would barely need any customer support to set it up.

There is nothing as of now, however the team can work on improving the user interface of the product.

Number 1 in basic form templates that zoho provides, secondly customization can be done the way a customer wants, can be integrated with almost every application including zoho CRM, we can use our own branding, and workflow automations can be used.

The only thing that I didnt like is the limitions of fields because if its more than 60 fields it is hard to fetch the form and integrating is tough but once integrated its easy to use.

Any kind of forms say registration forms, admission forms or offical forms with own branding can be made using forms with great customization and that has benefited me.

While Zoho Forms is largely impressive, one area it could improve is the limitations in design customization for advanced users. Also, the pricing structure, although reasonable, can be a bit confusing with different tiers and add-ons, which might be overwhelming for new users trying to understand the best plan for their needs. We host many webinars, and I'm not seeing a lot of customization on webinar hosting platforms. For that reason, we use Wordpress + Zoho Forms to build our own landing pages, which optimises conversion rate by a wide margin.

Zoho forms are more simple and lucid. Even a non-techno person can easily create the desired forms to collect information. It is available in free version also. We can use it in our laptop or tablet or in mobile device too to create forms that we desire.

It is very useful no doubt, but it has given only text entry option. It would have given audio response also.

It helps me in collecting after training feedback. Also, it is very useful to to TNI ( Training Need Identification). I can send form and easily collate the responses using Report option.

Armed with their WordPress plugin, one can add a form into a website built with WordPress within minutes. I find the templates extra ordinary, something so vital when it comes to catching leads through online forms. Externsive analytics through their portal.

Their admin panel could have been more intuitive although does not matter much as what matters is how our own website visitors experience about using the form which is fantastic.

Adding online forms on our websites built with WordPress. It is a great tool to generate leads.

A particularly light service, easy to understand even for those who do not come from the world of data, I liked the simplicity of the interface and the ability to insert widgets, the definition of the widgets is also very easy, and can be easily changed.

It's hard for me to point to something specific, I would suggest integrating automations into the process

It has drag and drop custom form builder which is very useful to create forms based on requirements it also integrates with Zoho survey which will be useful for feedbacks.

It is not mobile friendly and limited designs

I usually conducts PKTs (Process Knowledge Test) for my span/team monthly also i take part in PKTs when someone prepares it. Initially i used google forms later i started using Zoho forms as it is very convienent comapared to google forms. Also it has drag and drop custom feature in which pictures/photos/screenshots can be added easliy. Customized forms can be saved for later use which will save a lot of time. Also it integrates Zoho survey which i usually use after conducting PKT for feedback to improve quality of PKTs.

Easy to create forms , easy to read data, many options for customizing, and also it's nice to be able to design a process for what needs to happen after the form is filled out.

I don't know that I dislike anything at this point. I feel like there is some functionality that I'm looking for currently, but I'm not sure if Forms can't do it or that I haven't researched enough on how to create what I'm looking for.

We collect onboarding information for our services, we use it to collect cancellations for our services, we also use it to have clients sign off on their contract being updated.

**What do you like best about Zoho Forms?**

I love how easy and intuitive it is to create and edit forms for our organization. We have forms that are used internally and forms that we share publicly with our customers. The Zoho ecosystem makes it easy to parse through our customer forms and set up useful automation or alerts.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?**

The downside to forms would be the internal access to some of them. viewing form reports, or assigning permissions and ownership isn't as straightforward as I would like.

Zoho Forms helps us to better stay organized internally with company-wide projects. The forms that we make available to our customers help make the onboarding process and lead generation so much easier. Couple with automation, we've seen some time-saving improvements to our workflow.

As much as I love how simple zoho forms are.... sadly there is not much customizable aspects at tthis moment. I would like to have some extra feautres to really make forms my own.

I like that, as a user, you only have to imagine what you need, and you can easily create it. I like the ease of customizing the forms or creating new ones. I can quickly share the link to get feedback from my customers instantly.

I'm just starting out and super delighted with the feedback I'm getting. So far, I have not encountered any obstacles. What you could ask for more already exists, and that is integration with WhatsApp.

I was serving clients and was left with that uncertainty regarding service and waiting times. With a small form, few questions and simplicity, I have received many positive comments that motivate me to continue with more inspiration.

**What do you like best about Zoho Forms?**

One of the best in the category. I've used Google forms in the past and other solutions such as type forms but Zoho forms is one of the easiest to navigate. There's so much in terms of personalization and customization in terms of report options.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?**

When compared to services such as type typeforms, they seemed to have better personalization features such as designs and maneuverability. The options to create more intuitive forms which is available in Zoho Survey but missing in forms.

Zoho forms is effective when it comes to my freelance work. I have used multiple options.s and even though google has seemed to work best, I find it easier to choose templates of Zoho Forms. Typeform still remains my absolute favorite but still haven't been able to test Zoho forms along with the whole Zoho ecosystem.

Integration with Zoho Desk is seamless.  I initially planned on using Google Forms, but Zoho Forms does everything I need.  With Google Forms, I would have needed a 3rd party app for integration, and this eliminates the extra level of complexity.

I haven't found a way so far to build dynamic forms.  I want to use a dropdown at the beginning of the form to choose the path for form completion, but there doesn't seem to be an option.

We're creating forms to allow our customers to create tickets in Zoho Desk, which reduces the workload on our agents and allows ticket creation when we are not in the office.

The tool has helped me to reduce the manual work. The solution is for all marketing needs. The features include customizable CRM, Campaigns & Email Automation.

Zoho CRM Tool - has an easy configuration, & is a single solution for all my marketing needs
Zoho campaigns - I have used many other tools; Zoho Campaigns has good custom templates and scheduling options which made my day-to-day task very easy
Zoho Forms - I like the drag and drop functionality in the custom form builder, and is very easy to implement with website forms

The email automation workflows sometimes delay the alert response to get the alerts triggered. Otherwise, the tool is excellent solution for email automation needs

Zoho Forms makes it easy to collect information securely from customers and co-workers. It also works to send out surveys to clients to help gauge customer satisfaction. It easily integrates with Zoho Sheets to maintain, track, and share information as needed.

It's a bit more difficult to share integrations with other users. When Zoho Forms shares information via Sheets, it doesn't always share with the same users. It's an extra step, but it worth it!

The upsides and most helpful features of Zoho Forms are as follows:- It is a drag and drop custom form builder, It can send email/SMS and app notifications once it is filled and submitted by a prospective customer and It integrates with other Zoho services like Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, etc.

The downsides of using Zoho Forms are as follows:- The free version has only 1 user which should be at least 3 as is the case with all other Zoho apps, the Zoho Forms website is not mobile-friendly and similar to other apps of Zoho, "Control Panel" should be renamed to "Settings" as it confuses new users.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Forms:**

Even if you cannot afford a Form builder tool, I would strongly recommend Zoho Forms as it has the best mobile app as compared to others. The form submission notifications in the form of app notification, email or SMS is a very strong feature of Zoho Forms as others like integration with other apps and form approval feature. However, if you have 3 users for the free version of Zoho, only one of them will be able to use Zoho Forms.

Using Zoho Forms to capture leads from our website to Zoho CRM, in the form of a contact form which is embedded with the live chat as well as in the contact page or landing pages of different industries we provide services to. It is also used to log trouble tickets from our existing users which in turn logs a ticket in Zoho Desk.
The biggest pain point we had was getting notified of prospective customers' form submissions which Zoho Forms has resolved and now we do not miss any form submission from a potential lead.

I am a marketing professional, I used to use a lot of marketing-related tools and features that Zoho has. Even small features like UTM capturing in the forms can cost you more pennies in terms of budget. Social media monitoring and scheduling, and creating highly customized forms were the best. If you use all the tools and features they offer in the package your marketing ROI will skyrocket.

Ceratin tool-related support used to take a long time, initially, you have figure it out on your own, even though they have a support team. The video tutorials are outdated.

**What do you like best about Zoho Forms?**

You can create basic forms using a variety of response types, keep track of the results, get notified of responses via email and SMS, export results to CSV and PDF, all with the free version. The paid version allows you to refine your design with backgrounds, font styles, colors, etc. And an unlimited number of forms. You can embed the form on your website and social media, send via SMS, and stop receiving responses when you wish. There are so many response types!

**What do you dislike about Zoho Forms?**

If there is anything to dislike about this product, it is that we found it confusing when creating the reports that it was only a filter of the whole dataset, not an independent report which we could save. We ended up losing vital information by creating reports for each month and then deleting the data in the form, only to find out that the data in the report was gone. That was a hard lesson to learn.

We are a literacy organization whose mission is to provide one-on-one tutoring for immigrants and adult learners. Using Zoho, and embedding both the learner intake forms and the tutor volunteer forms on our website and in other places, we are able to reach many people who need our services and who are looking to volunteer to tutor. Our learner intake form is multilingual so folks can fill out the form easily. We then have the data electronically and can contact the potential learners and match them with tutors. In addition, we have used forms for surveying our board, filling out learner/tutor agreements, applying for scholarships, signing up for tutor workshops, and much more. This automates so many processes and keeps our data all in one place.
