I like that I can use Siri on my iPhone to initiate Zoho Expense to track my mileage. This makes mileage tracking for my business travel incredibly easy. Then, when the trip is over, I use Siri to stop tracking and it automatically creates an expense report for my trip. I collect those over a month and submit them for review. EASY!! I also use Siri to record a receipt. No fumbling through buttons or apps. My voice command simply opens the app and allows me to scan my physical receipt. BAM! Easy. It’s so easy to use, and it integrates perfectly with our company’s Zoho Books account. I love this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoho Expense? Previously, I used mileage tracking apps that simply gave me a monthly report. This app tracks all expenses. There is a bit of a learning curve and it needed some help from the zoho team to get the reporting process automated so that my scanned receipts auto migrate to Zoho books. I manage tour groups around the world and it allows me to scan receipts in different languages and different currencies and have them all stored and summarised. Rather than arriving home with a huge pile of paper receipts to manage (or an inbox of emailed receipts), I manage it now as I go so by the end of a trip, I just click a button to ge ta summary.
