Snap a photo of a receipt and the app extracts merchant, amount, date, and category automatically. Accuracy is impressive - it gets it right 90%+ of the time, even with crumpled receipts or faded print. What used to take 10 minutes of manual data entry now takes seconds. The mobile app is genuinely good. Not a watered-down afterthought like many business apps. Full functionality, fast, and the camera integration for receipts works flawlessly. Our team actually uses it, which says everything. Zoho Books integration is effortless. Approved expense reports flow straight into our accounts with correct GL coding. No CSV exports, no manual re-entry, no reconciliation headaches. The sync is reliable and the audit trail is clean. If you're already in the Zoho ecosystem, this is a no-brainer addition. Zoho expense allows for direct connection to my bank and credit cards for my business as well as for my personal cards. This makes it extremely simple to find the expenses which need to be reimbursed to myself as well as ensuring the invoices for our transactions are all there. The integration was super simple.
