**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho have wide range of services in a single platform and amonth them which I liked mostly is  Zoho forms, CRM, and mail solutions. Since these forms and mail solutions are accessible from anywhere the main thing is that forms come with most customizable options which are not available in today's market

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Occasional lag, missing font styles(few), complexity of on-premise solutions

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forms - Creating custom forms every time has been very difficult. With Zoho I was able to use many existing templates with so many customizations

Very easy to learn, great possibilities thanks to its enormous amount of automations that can be configured.

We have needed external help to learn how to take advantage of it due to its large number of features.

The only problem I find is the need for support for the implementation.

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

The customization is very good and we can also create an open task for our reminders.
We can easily integrate with third-party applications.
We can easily interlink the Zoho with Seamless.Ai and ZoomInfo.
I am using daily CRM to update my leads.
I am integrating the leads from SalesNavigator to Zoho by exporting.
The implementation and integration with other sources are smooth and I did not find any technical issues.
The customer support is very responsive.
We can use it very easily.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

To connect with customer support team is heatic option.
The major drawback is when we connect with seamless.ai the integration part will be slightly slow.

In today's world connecting with our targeting customers at a time is very crucial.
Zoho is solving and benefiting me by it making very easy to my prospects.

Zoho has many modules which are very essential for my organisation. Zoho integration between modules given us on stop solution for my overall business tasks. Email marketing , campaign management , Customer records management is my daily engagement with Zoho.

emails sent through zoho are going on spam.

Zoho is helping me for my sales automation and records management. Its pricing is very affordable . Its integration with other tools are also a good facility. integrations such as NAP ai, Template imports and exports , predictive dialers , data transmation are daily helpful for my organisations tasks.

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM Pricing is very low when compared to other CRM tools. The best feature of Zoho CRM is its low cost with more features. Also, Zoho CRM is very user-friendly when compared to other CRMs. All the features are up-to-date and every feature is unique in its way. Zoho CRM can be integrated with other tools like marketing automation tools, or sales automation tools, which is useful for maintaining all the records in the tool. Zoho CRM has all the features that a  competitive CRM should have. Zoho CRM has excellent customer support features that help to get in reach with customers or prospects very easily. I use Zoho CRM regularly for lead generation and I have integrated this CRM with another software tool.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Requires integration feature to be added with other AI marketing tools available. Zoho CRM should also provide integration with some popular marketing automation tools and sales automation tools so that users can track all activities in Zoho CRM itself. There is no need to switch from one tool to another tool for automation and activity tracking. Zoho CRM disrupts or stops working unknowingly sometimes.

Lead Management. Data can be stored and accessed in Zoho CRM more efficiently and easily. A very good tool or application for lead management, data management, and all other customer support activities. The data is secured in Zoho CRM. We can easily import or export data in Zoho CRM based on the criteria that we require. Leads, contacts, and accounts settings are also good and can be modified as per our requirements. Zoho CRM is a user friendly CRM with very cheap price compared to other tools with same features.

Zoho CRM is great at handling loads of customer info. It's really good for keeping track of chats and making sure we don't forget to follow up on important stuff.

Sometimes, there's too much stuff on the screen, which can be confusing. Also, the app for phones could be easier to use and quicker.

Zoho CRM helps us keep track of all our customer stuff in one place. This makes it easier to follow up with people who might buy from us, stay in touch with customers, and close deals. It really helps us sell better, help customers better, and just be better at dealing with customers overall.

The dashboard view and UI is very user friendly and we get to see all important metrics in a single view.

It takes a lot of time to load some pages. The overall speed of browsing could be better. When working in sales, speed is the name of the game and we had to be patient with Zoho due to its high loading time. Zoho customer support can also be improved as its not the fastest.

It gives us a unified view into all our active leads and opportunities and helps us stay on top of our game when chasing prospects. The reminder functionality and pop up notifications is very useful too.

Zoho CRM is the one tool used heavily by my organisation for storing and retrieving data and share it with the teams located in different states of same organisation. We keep large amounts of data which can be upto few lakhs of contacts.

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM has become one of the most sought after solutions for good reason, Their solution is:

*Sleek and User Friendly - It doesnt matter if you are an experienced resource or a new comer, Zoho has nailed the UI in a way where everyone is able to learn for it quickly.

*Cutomizations - One of the key features is the customizability that comes with Zoho, from adding modules to real time automation. Zoho has figured out what a business needs and added the options to add them by the user if required.

*Intergrations - Its impressive how Zoho supports a wide range of other solutions to be implemented easily into their system. I personally have used it for Mobiant and it seems to be doing wonders for me.

*Analytics & Reporting - This is by far the best analytics tool i have used in my experience.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Couple of things i did not like about Zoho were:

1. Basic features are easy to learn but the learning curve it takes to master these features are daunting.
2. The perfomance of the system is sometimes really bad, usually during large datasets or peak usage.
3.The documentations are usually easy to find if its a generalised topic, but specific topics are hard to get and the customer support is also a little hard to talk to.

Scattered customer data is one of the key problems zoho helps us avoid, the reporting and analytics also help out a ton in terms of soloving large data problems.

What I like most about Zoho CRM is how easy it makes keeping track of everything. It's like having a super organized notebook where all my friends' contact information, important notes, and things I need to do are neatly sorted. It helps me remember things, like when to follow up with someone, and it even reminds me of important dates. Plus, it's really easy to use, just like playing with a fun app on my tablet!

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

There are so many buttons and options that it can be confusing to figure out what to do next. It's also a bit slow sometimes, which makes me feel impatient, like waiting for a slow computer game to load. Plus, it needs the internet to work, so if my internet is slow or not working, I can't use it at all.

It helps me in tracking my leads and its status , daily reminder of meetings and followup , and making cold bulk emails , it also regulates with the client payment and overall transaction

Zoho CRM: A Sales Rep's Secret Weapon (But Not Without Quirks)
As a sales rep who's been using Zoho CRM for the past year, I can confidently say it's become my secret weapon. Here's what truly impresses me:

Learning Curve Cliff:  Gearing up with Zoho CRM felt like climbing a steep cliff. There's a ton of functionality, which is great, but the interface can be overwhelming at first. It took me longer than expected to get comfortable navigating and using all the features.

Automation Avalanche: Don't get me wrong, I love automation - in theory. But Zoho CRM's workflow setup feels clunky. It's not as intuitive as some other CRMs I've used, and building complex automations can be a frustrating exercise in clicking and hoping.

Mobile Mishap: The Zoho CRM mobile app is handy for checking in on the go, but it feels like a stripped-down version of the desktop experience.  Data entry and some key features are cumbersome on the smaller screen.

I appreciate the platform's user friendly interface. It was easy for me to navigate it and this usually helped our team to find the information we needed very easily. There are a lot of customization options as well using which we were able to create a tailor made system which suited our SOP documents. I have used a lot of other CRM softwares but this is somthing that they all lack. Zoho's CRM is having good integration capablities as well so that was a great advantage on top.

The initial setup and customization is something which i found to be tedious. Although it is helpful in the long run they should integrate AI to just take prompt and do this in future. Also, the shear number of features was a bit overwhelming at first.

It centralized all customer related data in a single place, made it easier for us to track, manage and follow up on enquiries and leads. The customer enggagement increased many a folds.
