**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I most like about the Zoho CRM is the creation of reports as I need. I will make report to track the leads, accounts etc. All sections are interliked. i got all data at at one place. I'm able to use the filters to get the data as I want and make my work easy like no. of call need to do. The conveted leads, revenue got and performance. The customer support is very polite. It is intergration with other zoho platfoms

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The least helpful of zoho CRM is complexity to the need user. I feel there are lack the the email campaigns. The least helpful feature is the mobile app as it has limited features compare the web.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM helps us to build the master data for customers and sales we got at one place. It is helpfull in the message sending, email compain. For report and presentation purpose.

Zoho One is an excellent all-in-one business suite that provides incredible value for money. What I like best about Zoho One is its seamless integration across multiple business applications, including CRM, finance, HR, marketing, and project management. Having all these tools under one platform eliminates the need for multiple software subscriptions, making it a cost-effective solution for businesses of all sizes.

The integration of all the apps in Zoho one along with the ease of use and customisation is an excellent feature. Almost all the automation can be implemented without much code and the customer support is always a hit.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

There are certain limitations when it comes to using various apps, the customer support says they cannot work it out. However, when looked at carefully there is always a workaround.

Zoho One keeps my business integrated at one place withfull control over all the rules and configurations. I do not have to jump from app to app for streamling my business as such.

I love that their platforms are robust and that their trial periods are very flexible. Something that's not offered nowadays by other platforms or systems.

Pre-sales support isn't readily available, but their Help Center makes up for it.

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

The best thing i like about zoho is the analytics report and  various dashboards stats one can create and see how their performance is for a particular time duration. Also it helps to self introspect and keep check on the peers and their peformance. The task pop up is a great feature that helps reminding me of the tasks as i get little time to check emails so it reminds me spot on while im using the crm. Also various integrations with google calendar, meet and justcall are a big plus as they make work a lot more easier. I have been using zoho for quite a while now like 5 days a week and its easy to work with and has a robust support.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The only thing i dislike about zoho is that when you open up a lead too much information distracts you and the empty irrelevant fields are also shown. if i give a good comparison salesforce shows only the relevant fields while going through a particular lead. So zoho only has this cluttered information on the leads.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

zoho solves the problem of forgetting some follow ups and reminders as the task helps remind both over email and on the pop up. Also the integrations make it easier to do things simultaneously which is a big help for me.

It was possible to integrate with programming platform , which helped to send email invites to customers and track the performance of email campaign. Centralized custo,er related data is also helpful

The cost sometimes looked very high when I compared the ROI. Lead generation for Non English markets sometimes are not great for certain titles like product manager etc

The customization is very good and we can also create an open task for our reminders.
We can easily integrate with third-party applications.
We can easily interlink the Zoho with Seamless.Ai and ZoomInfo.
I am using daily CRM to update my leads.
I am integrating the leads from SalesNavigator to Zoho by exporting.
The implementation and integration with other sources are smooth and I did not find any technical issues.
The customer support is very responsive.
We can use it very easily.

To connect with customer support team is heatic option.
The major drawback is when we connect with seamless.ai the integration part will be slightly slow.
