Things can get complicated (or impossible) when you get into more of a relational structure. While it's possible to build forms based on selections in related tables, I've run into problems when this more complex/involved. The application builder has the drag and drop functionality which is really good, mobile apps, APIs and good integration capability. They also have secure-access and multi language support. Also, there's no great way to make Zoho more customizable than it already is. You might also me able to find multiple helpful Google Chrome extensions. For instance, I found one that moves LinkedIn data to Zoho as leads, contacts, accounts and potentials. As the system is hosted in the cloud, it has been made easy for use even for the non-tech savvy users. The important benefit of this system is that it allows users to participate in a large community of independent developers which helps to gain invaluable expertise and the best part is you don't have to pay extra for the community access. It was my first attempt at using such type of software and I have loved it so far. The pricing is good too so that an organization of any size can afford it. I don't like their 15-day free trial to let users try out the software’s features because I feel it is not enough to get the feel of the software. It should be at least a month. I like the ability to share information across teammates easily for the purpose of getting social media advertisements live. This information includes, pricing, platform, targeting, urls, click and view tags, creative, and links to whatever else is needed. There's options to check pacing for our campaigns. There's room for improvement in the interface and there should be more flexibility when choosing viewing options. When I see the spreadsheet interface - I'd like the Search/Filters always accessible. From there, I'd like to be able to click on a row and have all the columns show up in a lightbox for easier viewing. Right now, I can access two interfaces for the same content - one with the easy access search bar and one with the better viewing of each row's content. I'd like both in one view.
