A lot of other providers are available for this service, but we only use Zoho because of its cost effective pricing plans. Moreover, the UI is very simple and intuitive. We would appreciate if there was a way to add files with larger sizes in attachments while sending mails, as the current limit is not enough for us. I love that the zoho mail is free and has no ads at all. Although, my organization has provided my with the company email id for zoho. I also have my personal email ID's logged in via zoho. I like that the zoho has many more other workplace apps and integrations which are so much affordable then its competitors. We were trying to find a better way for my team to organize our documents. We needed a solution that could integrate more easily with our existing work tools. It was easy to set up my webinar/meeting - even when it came down to setting up the auto response emails, reminder emails and linking websites or landing pages that correspond to the webinar/meeting. I also really appreciate how quickly the customer service responded to my questions and being very understandable, helpful, friendly and yet professional. Oh, and let’s not forget about the free trial and the pricing is very reasonable for those who are starting out doing webinars/meeting and the quality that is great for both big and small business - just awesome period! I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier.
