I appreciate that Zoho Connect is chock full of features. You can create, customize, and manage forums, files, manuals (e.g., user or policy manuals), tasks, events, notifications, a company directory, and more. For those with developer skills, you can create and integrate your own apps. If you're already a user of other apps in the Zoho product suite, which I am, you get seamless integration for tasks like CRM, and forms management. Unlike some apps, there's a high level of customization for fonts so that you can brand your content and you inserting links and attachments is requires no HTML. Everything is very user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Zoho Connect for G Suite?** Most significantly, the option to upload files and folders from Office 365 doesn't work if you're an Office 365 Business user. The link Zoho Connect provides only works for Microsoft Office 365 personal accounts. Secondly, with all of the customizations, there doesn't appear to be a way to brand the UI background itself. For example, some of the features included brightly colored graphic backgrounds. While this is not a deal breaker, it would be better if the UI was customizable. However, this may be an option in the Enterprise version. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Connect for G Suite:** Consider whether you need a collaboration app or a full project management app that includes collaboration. Zoho Connect is NOT a project management app which works if you're focused on communication on the lighter side. **What problems is Zoho Connect for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I got this app because I'm looking for a way to replace most email and text messaging clients with a dedicated online space where I can track and monitor client communications AND have a better interface for sharing documents, events, appointments, and more. My current website isn't interactive and so I'm hoping Zoho Connect, combined with some other apps, will resolve this issue. I also want to be able to connect with internal stakeholders (contractors, vendors) and have it all in one place. ### 4. As our organization heavily utilizes the G-Business Suite and though I have been in the early stages of testing Zoho and its array of products, the Google integration is certainly a very beneficial feature that assists in streamlining Zoho's services into organization output. **What do you dislike about Zoho Connect for G Suite?** Without having fully utilized all of the full functionality and integrated features Zoho provides; I cannot say at this time that there are necessarily any "dislikes".
