What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?

Zoho Campaigns is our email marketing as well as automation platform and more. It works well for handling and creating social media and social media campaigns, simultaneously. The platform itself is very easy to use and there is zero learning curve even for people who are new to this platform or those who have never even used a platform like this one. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns?

We have been using Zoho campaigns for more than 2 years by now and we are now very much adjusted with the platform. It works well for us now but there is one feature that gave us a hard time in the beginning and I would like to call it out, the domain verification process is slow and it is very troublesome, the company needs to give attention to this matter. It becomes slow and shows symptoms of glitches while working on some heavy programs or campaigns, I might be in the wrong but this is something that I have been facing since we started using it and the issue remains still. What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Campaigns helps us with generating more quality work and less hassle with its email templates that we can customize according to our preferences alongside its automation. Apart from email marketing it works for us to create, launch, and work on our social media posts and campaigns. The integrations with Google and other platforms are quite amazing and we never face major issues while working with Zoho Campaigns. Zoho Campaigns works well for all types of social media campaigns and email marketing and automation. It has a potential that benefits people and companies from all walks of life and that too at such reasonable pricing. We highly recommend Zoho Campaigns to all! "Ease of Use"

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?

We use the tool almost regularly and the ease of drafting an email campaign, scheduling newletters makes it our go-to email marketing tool. The best thing for us is we can auto-sync your contacts from Zoho Bigin CRM as well. Also the Campaigns has integration with other analytics tools as well for deeper analysis. "Useful software worth sharing"

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?

What I love the most about this software is its online service. If you have any questions, you can ask them anytime. The key is to have a real person connect and solve the problems in a timely manner.

At the beginning, I didn't know how to operate and often asked their customer service personnel. Even if there were small questions, they would reply. At the same time, they also used ZOHO meetings and screen sharing to quickly solve problems, zoho campaigns is a great software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns?

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?

It has a great potential and perfroms okayish for the email deliverability but does not come close to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns?

The template previews do not always tell the truth and emails in the mailbox and on the preview can look really different.

I encountered many issues managing templates generally, editing templates within the email campaign has proven to be risky and bug encountering.
