Once records are created in Zoho CRM, they are supposed to flow in to Campaigns, however, this functionality will randomly stop working and nobody will know or get notified. We have had this happen over 15 times. Every time Zoho say theyve fixed it only for it to randomly break a few days/weeks later. It doesnt sound like a big thing, but it means that any website->CRM->Live emailing or marketing automation randomly stops and customers will not get any notifications. This is such a flaky, poorly tested product. **What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is supposed to solve our email marketing automation but because of the integration failures between Zoho Products, it has ended up costing me over 50 hours of on call support time. its a false saving to go for cheaper products because you end up paying for it in the long term. ### 23.
