**What do you like best about Zocks?**

This has helped streamline my pre- and post-meeting activities so much that nothing falls through the cracks. It’s also helped me provide a consistent, great experience for my clients. The price is very reasonable considering how much time is saved over the course of the year. The support team is also very helpful in helping me customize my experience so things continue to run more efficiently. I'd say before, after a meeting I typically would spend 1-1.5 hours on the various activities/notes/emails. I now can get it done in less than 15 minutes. With 6-10 meetings a week, that adds up!

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I’d like a slightly easier way to insert prompts in the templates. I usually have to ask the support team for help to get them set up the way I want, because my prompts tend to be a bit more intricate than the ones I use in other mainstream AI programs.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent notes, follow up emails, and activities. After the Meeting Assistant has joined more than one meeting with a particular client, all of that information is easy to find and accessible right there when I need it. I also like being able to see data across multiple platforms at once, which makes prepping for a meeting simpler than ever.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has helped me save a lot of time on my post-meeting notes and meeting prep, and it’s been easy to use while integrating smoothly with my CRM. It also does a great job of picking up even the small details that get mentioned, which helps me strengthen my client relationships.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It isn’t the easiest to use for phone appointments. It takes a few steps to set up before the call, and that isn’t very convenient.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zocks, I had to spend hours each day on meeting notes. When meetings were scheduled back-to-back and I was forced to write my notes hours after the fact, details would sometimes get missed. With Zocks, the important information is captured, so things don’t slip through the cracks. It does a great job capturing accurate details, and it’s been reliable for me. This has allowed me to spend more time in appointments with clients and less time doing back office tasks, ultimately allowing me to be more productive and spend more time on the tasks that bring in money.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

It is a massive time saver. It lets me stay in the moment with clients during meetings, whether that is in person, video or phone. I am not worried about taking hand written notes. I am more engaged with them. It captures all the little things that could have been forgotten previously. It syncs the notes with the CRM so that staff can read it. It is extremely fast/timely with the review summaries. Let's me share that with the client so we are all on the same page, immediately after the meeting. It is fairly easy to get up and running from the start so even a novice "AI" person can get their comfort up to speed with it. For the cost, it is a clear winner in the tech stack for me.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It is not a dislike with Zocks but more with how some of the integrations take some additional steps to integrate with permissions and such.  I also wish the iPad or iPhone app would stay logged in. When traveling away from office, the lack of wifi and constantly needing to re sign in has left me lacking in some meetings and that feels like a missed opportunity that the software could fix.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks takes 2 main issues we had away: My handwriting notes were terrible. It was hard for staff to decipher the things that need done. This software solution eliminates that. Secondly, it has lead to more meaningful conversations because I'm not losing the moment to take notes. That is powerful with clients

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

What they really appreciate is how Zocks helps financial advisors take notes in meetings accurately, which turns out to be better than other AIs they have tried. Additionally, the financial advisor profile of the note-taker during meetings is very useful to them. I also notice that the initial setup process was quite easy, which is definitely a plus.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The administration console could be more comprehensive and a more detailed payment system would also be good. The administration console could have more and better options on how to distribute user licenses. I understand that there are only two subscriptions for Zocks, there could be many more, more expensive, cheaper, on demand.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial advisors use Zocks to take notes with financial advisory criteria in meetings, which saves them time. They say it's better than other AIs for this.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks is amazing. We use it on a daily basis to take notes in our client meetings. It saves us so many hours each week by us not having to take our own notes and rather being able to focus on client interaction and rapport. We use the recording software specifically to analyze our conversations, take notes, assign follow up tasks, and post notes to our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The only downside that I have seen in Zocks is that it occasionally misspells client names and has minor grammatical errors.

Zocks is solving the problem of having to spend hours upon hours each week taking our own notes in client meetings and posting them to our CRM. It also allows us to spend more time in conversation with our clients and allows us to get to know them on a deeper level.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks is truly amazing.  It has opened our eyes to using AI.  It is the first real AI tool that i can say has saved our money/time.  We use it daily in all our meetings with our clients and our employee meetings. We have just been using it basic but we are excited to work with the integrations  that are coming out.  We use it to onboard new clients and help organize existing clients. We are saving roughly 1-2 hours per client meeting.  The follow up email has made our clients feel like they are getting a different level advisor.  And the to do list has seriously been a game changer. When I have a meeting and forget to start zocks it makes me sick to my stomach thinking that i will miss something.  That's how you know you have a good product. I have recommended Zocks to dozens of my clients and business partners.  I do like that is compliant as it does not record but transcribes everything. And i love the Ai part that i can go back and ask questions on the meeting that will make impression as an advisor with an amazing memory.  Helps me be a top performer.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

i would say that you have to manually remember to start the meeting but i dont see any way around it.  And its truly set up for financial advisors so if wanted to use for other purposes i need to tweak it a bit.

It is a huge time saver.   Saving hours per client meeting.  And it is amazing with keeping my whole team in the loop and not just me trying to fill them in. They can go in and read the whole meeting.  Amazing tool.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has made our meetings more efficient, as we are able to spend more time in intentional and uninterrupted conversation with clients. Zocks' meeting summary is created very quickly and is personalized to how you'd like these summaries to look. We take time after each meeting to go through the summaries and refine as needed, and editing is very easy. If we have questions, Zocks support team is very prompt in their responses.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

As we edit meeting summaries, we've noticed that information can sometimes need changed that would effect the way the entire summary is written. Oftentimes, when telling the AI assistant additional information, it does not recognize the changes we are trying to make without going through each line and editing.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team was spending a lot of time after meetings writing and/or going through notes. Sometimes, when we have multiple meetings in a day, these notes get put off for multiple days or weeks. As the Zocks summaries generate quickly and automatically, it's easier to go through notes right away. Even if going through them does get put off, it's much easier to refresh our memories over what was discussed.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks in every meeting, whether in-person or virtually. Zocks is easy to use and quick to implement. I love the AI chat feature that allows me to ask questions about the meeting or previous meetings. Zocks makes it super easy to assign tasks from meetings and send meeting follow-up emails. Zocks also integrates with my planning, reporting, email, and CRM to pull data for meeting prep! What used to take 30-60 minutes now takes me less than 5. Clients love the meeting recap emails as well.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I dislike the fact that there's no dedicated customer support phone number. First line support is all AI or chat. There's no direct way to contact support when you need it. If you escalate your issue, you will eventually get in front of a great team of customer support people. Until then, it's just you and the chat. :(

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zocks, I either needed an associate in the meeting with me to take notes, or I had to handle everything myself: taking notes, assigning tasks, and drafting follow-up emails. I also had to create my meeting prep from scratch every single time. Now, Zocks recognizes who I’m meeting with and, with a couple of clicks, generates meeting prep and an agenda based on the information it pulls from my CRM, my open and closed tasks, and my email communications.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks primarily for meeting notes, and it is exceptional. It saves me easily half an hour per meeting, and the notes it produces are beyond my capacity to take manually. The pre-meeting preparation is also very, very good, as is the ability to fill out forms. Even though we’re not using Zocks' full capabilities, I think it's an outstanding program, and I have nothing bad to say about it. Plus, the integration with Wealthbox is a total seamless experience. The initial setup was really easy, like plug in, turn it on, and go without difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

If I was being picky, I think the syncing of tasks or how that works going into my CRM can be a little annoying sometimes. But that's a fairly minor thing. It doesn't really impact things that much.

Simple, reliable, consistent way to take detailed notes for meetings and recall important aspects of the meeting. Integrations and compliance is taken care of. Imagine the best person is taking notes for you, 100% of the time, and all you have to do is hit one button at the start of the meeting. That's Zocks.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Aside from the fact that it's not free, Zocks has very very few flaws. The only improvement I can imagine is meeting detection and automatic recording. Even a phrase to start the recording would be helpful - similar to "Hey, Siri" or "Alexa". If I could say a key phrase like "Thank you for being here today" or something like that - it would be a helpful feature.

What I like best about Zocks is how well it integrates with the systems I already use every day, including my CRM, Outlook, financial planning software, and Zoom. I also like that I can use it on phone calls for note taking, which makes it useful beyond just scheduled virtual meetings. It saves a significant amount of time on meeting notes and follow-up, and the automatic posting into my CRM helps keep records current without creating more manual work. As a paraplanner and associate advisor, the Zocks meeting prep tool, meeting notetaker have been crucial in eliminating these time-consuming tasks from our day-to-day schedule. It has given me time to work more proactively on client outreach and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Some of the default settings have been tedious to set up. For instance, when we have virtual meetings, the notetaker doesn't automatically join the meeting. I have to go in and manually do that. Perhaps we should have done a few more training calls with someone AFTER we signed up and had been using it for a month or so.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary way Zocks is helping us is saving time on tedious tasks like combing through old emails and next steps notes so that we can make sure we are finalizing agendas early for our clients and bringing up topics that matter most to them.

I find Zocks to be a genuinely helpful addition to our workflow. I like the ease of use of Zocks and how it makes documenting meetings much better for our financial advisors, providing clear and concise notes for client interactions. I appreciate the summaries from each call, although sometimes they aren't perfect, they are still beneficial. We can link Zocks directly to our CRM, which allows us to seamlessly share notes, keeping our team informed about client relationships. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.

Sometimes the summary from the call isn't as accurate as I'd like it to be, gets who is talking wrong sometimes and that can be confusing. I would love more of a transcript than a summary but our clients like that it isn't recorded.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Helps sum up notes, and pick up aspects from conversations that I couldn't even imagine! I am so impressed with how quickly you receive the email to sum everything up, when it used to take hours. The user experience has been pretty good, and we like how it syncs with Redtail. The onboarding as been good. Sometimes it takes a little while to figure out the answer to a question, but they do make sure it gets done. We do feel like we are getting our moneys worth so far. One thing that I wish - I wish that it was easy to add on calls for my support staff if they run out. We were told we needed to add a new advisor if we wanted more calls for them? That's weird. Not sure if its a Commonwealth thing or a Zocks thing.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

What I like best about Zocks is that it allows me to be fully present during client meetings. Instead of stressing about writing everything down or worrying that I might miss important details, I can focus on engaging with clients and maintaining meaningful eye contact throughout the conversation. Knowing that the meeting is being accurately transcribed gives me confidence that the important information specific to our industry is being captured.

I also appreciate how well Zocks captures precise details, such as exact dollar amounts, percentage returns, and other key financial information. It does a great job summarizing longer meetings into organized, categorized sections that are easy to review afterward.

One of my favorite features is the meeting conclusion and follow up tasks section in the summary. It provides clear action items for both me and my team, making post-meeting follow-up much more efficient and organized.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The meeting templates are not very intuitive to update or customize. In many cases, I have to rely on another team at Zocks for assistance to ensure the templates are configured correctly and that the appropriate fields are captured. Even with that support, the customization process has not always worked perfectly.


Additionally, we have experienced situations where we manually started a recording, but due to a software glitch, the meeting summary was never generated or could not be found afterward. While the platform works well most of the time, the few instances where it failed were frustrating because there was no clear explanation as to why the recording did not process correctly. The current workaround is also tedious and impractical for our workflow, especially since the majority of our meetings are conducted in person and require us to manually start recordings most of the time.

Zocks is helping solve several challenges related to efficiency, accuracy, and client engagement. It saves significant time by automatically capturing and organizing meeting notes, reducing the need for manual note taking and post-meeting documentation.

It also improves client relationships because we are able to be more present and engaged during meetings, rather than focusing on writing everything down. This creates more natural and meaningful conversations with clients.

I really like the quick meeting function in Zocks; it's the best. I appreciate that it can record in-person meetings I'm attending, which is really useful. Another feature I enjoy is how it keeps track of what percentage of time I'm speaking versus the client, helping me see who is doing a better job listening and assisting. It's super helpful that many details are recorded on Zocks that I might not catch or remember, letting me review them later. The integration with my email works well, and compared to Zoom's AI products, I prefer Zocks because it's more secure and user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy and effortless, which I appreciated.

I’m still unfamiliar with the various reporting options. But I intend to learn better how to personalize the reporting.

I use Zocks as a notetaker for online or in-person meetings. It allows me to focus on the client in front of me without worrying about capturing all the details, as Zocks does a really good job of that. I like the extra detail I get in a note and the time it saves me when capturing information about a client meeting. The initial setup was very easy, and the team at Zocks took the time to ensure everything was working correctly for me.

Just the integration with my calendar, I think that might be more of an issue with my broker dealer than with them. But it would be nice if it would be able to kind of see my calendar ahead of time and help me plan for meetings. And then the other thing is that the app doesn't let you connect with your CRM. You can just look at the meeting summaries I have to go on to the browser to actually do the connections to my CRM system.

I appreciate that Zocks does not record our conversation, and it integrates with our CRM and Outlook platform seamlessly. The setup was intuitive, and although we had to customize it to fit our business operations, learning the product was not too difficult.  I am surprised at how accurate it is and am very well pleased with customer support the handful of times I have had to reach out.  This has decreased my time in after-client meeting activities by about 75%.  We have even started using this to take notes during our client appreciation and educational events to send out a blast summary email for those clients that could not attend and this has been well received.

I would like to see an app for a PC/Mac or at least a browser plug in. We have had issues when using Zocks on a web browser as sessions could get interrupted. I feel if we had a dedicated app then we could run it without fear the session would not be transcribed.

Zocks is stunningly accurate, and I’m able to take fewer notes during client meetings than I used to. After each meeting, I capture the Meeting Details and Meeting Summary and save them in each client’s folder and in my CRM, which really supports my note-taking process. I also add the Follow Up tasks to both my task list and my assistants’ task lists, and that’s helping ensure things don’t fall through the cracks.

The Follow Up email that Zocks generates is solid and usually only needs a little finessing before I feel confident sending it to clients after a meeting. Another feature I use often is the “Explain” feature in Meeting Details. I use it after I’ve left a voicemail for a client, and it helps me capture my exact words so I can enter them into my CRM.

So far, I’m thrilled with Zocks—the notes it captures are more eloquent than I am. I also have a hearing problem, and Zocks catches some things clients say that I might not pick up on, which has been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It's not perfect, but no AI tool will be perfect.  I have some difficulty figuring out the best meeting type to use, since I want to capture different types of notes if I with a client versus at a conference versus meeting with colleagues.  Zocks sometimes cannot recognize different voices.  Lastly, this is both a positive and a negative - the notes capture pretty much everything that was said, so it's a lot of material to wade through post-meeting.

I like how Zocks has templates specifically built for financial advisors, which helps me stay present in meetings while it captures structured notes and action items, and also provides me with a ready-to-copy and paste follow-up email wording. I appreciate the calendar integration, which allows Zocks to be set up ready to transcribe without the need for last-minute additions, keeping my workflow efficient. The templates for each meeting type aligned with financial planning conversations keep the meeting summary context properly written and in order. I find the automatic association of meetings with the correct client record and pulling in of relevant context ahead of time valuable. It gives me better summaries and task assignments that can be used with any meeting.

The exported PDF file doesn't print out well. The format does not have proper margins, so the logo gets cut out and there are large gaps of space, and headings are separated from paragraphs. **What do you like best about Zocks?**

I think Zocks is a pretty easy to use form and template. I really appreciate the technology and how efficient it is in capturing meeting notes within seconds after a client meeting is completed. Zocks gives me a lot more efficiency in my meeting notes and helps improve my process. Using Zocks captures notes in an incredible amount of quicker time than typing on a Microsoft Word document. The initial setup was fairly easy. It is incredible with how much time I have gotten back by implementing this technology.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I think there are a massive amount of templates that could be used, and fine-tuning those templates is where it could be helpful to work more specifically with each adviser to make sure they have the right template for the client meeting that they're having.

Zocks makes my meeting notes more efficient and improves my process. It captures notes incredibly faster than typing on Microsoft Word.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love the amount of time Zocks saves me. I'm learning to be more efficient with it. It helps streamline our note-taking process and lets us create seamless follow-up notes, which saves time for my assistant and myself from an administrative perspective. Also, it's like having an assistant in the room, and I don't have to worry about having bad handwriting that might be misinterpreted.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

At times, there are some errors with identifying who said what, especially in regards to who and how many participants are in a room or on a Zoom call. Also, the initial setup was kind of a pain, mostly because we had to go through our broker dealer to set it up.

I use Zocks to streamline our note-taking process and create seamless follow-up notes, saving time for my assistant and myself. It also prevents issues with bad handwriting, making it like having an assistant in the room.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love that Zocks makes meeting summaries quick and efficient, allowing me to focus on what is being said during a meeting rather than taking notes. I appreciate that it doesn't record audio or video; the transcription-only feature was key to us selecting it. This feature also makes clients more comfortable knowing it's just transcription and that we control the data retention period. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the demo provided by Joe, which gave us a good overview to test during our pilot period.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It often gets confused with who is speaking. I was on a call with only 1 other person (so just 2 of us in total) and it flipped us around which was especially strange because we clearly had male and female names/voices. Don't have it try to join a meeting 2 minutes in advance. Many times we think that a client is already on the line, but it turns out to just be the Zocks assistant.

I use Zocks for transcribing meetings with external clients quickly and efficiently, allowing me to focus on the conversation. Its transcription-only feature makes clients comfortable as it doesn't record audio or video and lets us control data retention.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I really love the amount of flexibility in the system. There are all different settings you can tweak, allowing you to use the standard templates and then make them your own based on your team structure and processes. I also really like the scoring functionality because it helps me assess how well I meet or don't meet certain metrics in meetings and use that as a benchmark for improvements. This functionality brings additional efficiency to how meetings are run. Plus, it's incredibly easy to set up, very intuitive, and lets me refine what I'm looking to get out of the system over time.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Some things maybe aren't quite working or might not be enabled on the back end by our organization. The form filling feature has not worked for me when I've tried it. It would be helpful for our team in completing paperwork. The team sharing functionality can be a little wonky, and navigating different filters doesn't seem to save settings, making it tricky to manage meetings as a group.

Zocks solves manual data entry, allowing me to save time on notes and action items. It helps me create clear email summaries and organize information efficiently, which saves immense amounts of time.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love how Zocks captures those really fine and nitty gritty details we might overlook in meetings, especially during complex situations or longer meetings. What I love about it is that it creates a section for personal, nonfinancial information, which helps me connect with clients as people. I really love the layout of the website; the user experience is simple, and that's what makes it so effective. I see what I need to see, and the access to the information I want in each tab, like past or future meetings, is really quick. Another great feature is how it integrates so well with our other systems, like our video calls through Zoom and our CRM. It's really helped cut down the time we spend putting notes into our CRM and generating follow-up emails with action items. There's really nothing I would change about it.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like the meeting summary feature in Zocks, which shows me how much I spoke and how much the client spoke. It's amazing to me when I look at the meeting summary and realize it picked up things I didn't even hear. The prepared email for the client summarizing what we discussed is something I really appreciate, and clients are appreciating it as well. The biggest time saver for me is that it now includes some of the required info for compliance as I review it with the client, and it reminds me to check for any beneficiary changes. The initial setup was easy, and I recommend doing the video trainings.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

If I say last year, it keeps using 2024 so I have to be specific. I think as I do more training it will give me tips so it is really clear.

Zocks captures details I miss in meetings, saves time by auto-preparing client emails, and reminds me about compliance info.
