Changed my password pretty easily but then still could not log in. **Recommendations to others considering Zix Email Encryption:** The interface is very crisp smooth clean and easy. But you may have to wiggle around With log in issues. It's been 10 minutes and I haven't received any email back from their Tech Support **What problems is Zix Email Encryption solving and how is that benefiting you?** These are HIPPA protected patient records and simply cannot be faxed or emailed or a text confidentially. If the receiving party does not have Zix the instructions for setting up an account to receive the email is also easy. **What do you dislike about Zix Email Encryption?** Zix works so seamlessly that users forget they are using it. That's why setting up the rules is so important so Zix catches everything that needs encryption. **Recommendations to others considering Zix Email Encryption:** Make sure you understand the rules behind the application that the automatic encryption engine uses. In addition to the rules and words that are already set up you can tailor it to your needs. **What problems is Zix Email Encryption solving and how is that benefiting you?** HIPAA regulations require ePHI (Electronic Protected Health Information) to be transmitted securely. Zix Encryption meets this requirement automatically without relying on your employees to remember to encrypt manually. ### 4. Encryption happens behind the scenes and even decryption of messages go straight through each users inbox. No portal required for your G Suite users. 3rd Party users have messages routed through a customizable portal that is very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Zix Email Encryption?** I have yet to find anything I dislike with ZixMail. The configuration can be a little complex, but support is always there to help with whatever you need. **Recommendations to others considering Zix Email Encryption:** If you are looking into adopting ZixMail and have G Suite, look into getting GAME. It integrates nicely and is behind the scenes, after initial setup. **What problems is Zix Email Encryption solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work for a healthcare clinic and to comply with government regulations, our messages containing personal health information need to be encrypted. ZixMail takes care of that seemlessly. Many safeguards are built-in for healthcare including keywords and identifiers to automatically encrypt messages that contain such information. Of course, users can manually select a message to be encrypted by added a term of choice. Great software and integrates very well with G Suite. ### 5. Customizable for as few or as many users as needed. Meets the standards that our Clients and Vendors expect to keep their information secure. **What do you dislike about Zix Email Encryption?** Have not had any negative issues using it. Had and issue with the license but it was quickly resolved within a few minutes of reporting it to vendor. **Recommendations to others considering Zix Email Encryption:** Great option for the price. Customizable to as many or as few users as needed. This product has been very helpful in keeping our information safe, giving us the confidence needed to safely send out required reports and secure information. We use this product for all sensitive information sent from our Human Resource and Accounting departments. Looked at other options that could not compare with the price and ease of ZixMail. Setup was done within a matter of minutes and used the same day as installed. Very positive feed back from users that receive the emails they have not had any problems with opening or being able to view the Zixmail emails they received from us. Very simple to use, you type the email and click on the Encrypt and Send button that is it. Implemented with our Office 365 Outlook with no issues. **What problems is Zix Email Encryption solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it for encryption of sensitive emails, with banking, tax and personal information. Specifically used for email correspondence with Customer and Vendor ACH information and bank ing business. Securely sending confidential emails to banking entities on a monthly basis. It is one of the top email protector software. Designed for security management. It is very effective in securing email communication. With having multilayered features, it approaches live email security. By using these multi-layers, it can be able to protect emails. It also uses real-time threat analysts for protection and to work properly. It is a fully automated system. It is a more secure and easiest platform for the protection of our data. **What do you dislike about Zix Email Encryption?** At first, it is not intuitive. It consumes more storage and computer resources. With its not user-friendly features, it postpones the queries of customers which can delay working. It requires a good internet connection. There is some time delay or lag an audio communication. The management interface is limited and only present on the premise device. To meet all the necessary abilities, we have to contact the vendor. Point your servers to them, configure some rules, and it just works. Keyword encryption is simple as well and has been easy for my users to adapt to and begin using. **What do you dislike about Zix Email Encryption?** At first it was annoying to jump between different admin portals, but in recent years they've made ZixCentral much easier to access and deal with. Only other problem is that it's clunky to see why certain emails were auto encrypted and it would be nice if it was more fluid. **What problems is Zix Email Encryption solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that Zix fixes is email encryption options. We often have our HR team sending confidential emails to many different locations and being able to insure that all that data is safe is important. Plus, when our sales and engineering team send out parts files, or receive them, we're sure that they haven't been tampered with. ### 8. ZixMail and ZixOne were managed separately when I was an admin for it, so it was a bit annoying to have two portals to manage. **Recommendations to others considering Zix Email Encryption:** ZixMail is a solid solution for email encryption - provided you don't need to use the ZixOne mobile app. **What problems is Zix Email Encryption solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used ZixMail to have HIPAA level encryption on email correspondence. ### 9. My users are able to send secure, HIPAA compliant, documents and not have to really even think about what or how they are getting it done. **What do you dislike about Zix Email Encryption?** The only downside is the portal. It just isn't very...pretty?. Of course it is white labeled for us and all but it still is very utilitarian. Not that it is a real issue, at all, it just is the only downside I could find so far. **Recommendations to others considering Zix Email Encryption:** It's a very simple process to get set up and learn to use. **What problems is Zix Email Encryption solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our provider credentialing department was utilizing file transfer protocol prior to us implementing ZixEncrypt. This took a little extra time created a nightmare learning curve at times, and added unnecessary work to the IT team. Now they just send an encrypted email... simple as that. ### 10.
