**What do you like best about Zipchat AI?**

I really appreciate the team behind Zipchat AI; they are great and very helpful. Their customer service is amazing. We've had minimal problems from the start, and installation was smooth and easy. Running it and teaching the AI to respond and learn about the website and products is super smooth and super easy. Compared to competitors, the process with Zipchat AI is much smoother and easier, which I very much appreciate. Their customer support is important to us because the couple of times we've had issues in two years, they fixed them immediately. Replies were prompt, and issues were resolved probably in minutes. Installation was very easy, smooth, and free of any issues. And the learning process of the AI was super easy; it quickly learned about our website. With just a few tweaks, it has been running perfectly for two years now. I've worked with competitors before, and I can say Zipchat AI is the easiest setup I've ever done. It's a 10 out of 10, the easiest setup I've ever experienced.

**What do you dislike about Zipchat AI?**

Sometimes I feel like the chatbot is a little bit too persistent. It keeps asking customers if they need more help even after they've already said no or thanked it. It still replies again with something like, 'Okay, but if you need any help, contact me. Can I help you with anything else?' You can tweak that to bring it down a little bit. For everything else, I have not had any issues with them.

I use Zipchat AI for customer care. It automates handling customer requests, saving us from manual management. Installation and training were super easy, making it operational quickly and efficiently.

**What do you like best about Zipchat AI?**

I use Zipchat AI for my ecommerce to help customers browse and provide first-line customer support. I appreciate the fast replies compared to traditional support, and it knows product details more in-depth. It maintains a friendly tone and is available 24/7. I really like that I can connect with customers on multiple platforms with one system. The team is very responsive and logical, and they listen to feedback, improving the system by transferring credits, developing new features, and ensuring stability. Tools like doc uploads help prevent the bot from hallucinating, and I can improve the bot's replies, which it remembers. The bot also only focuses on our data, such as the website or knowledge bank uploads, and I recently received extra characters to refine its core behavior, which was essential. We integrated it with our own CMS, Instagram, Messenger, and use it for WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Setting it up was fairly easy, so overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Zipchat AI?**

I'm limited on feeding it customer data. The bot doesn't know if someone is part of a special program, if this is a first-time customer, or what language they speak. Sometimes I have to scroll very far down to check for unread messages without a separate tab for them. Also, the bot can't connect to live documents like Google Sheets, so I have to upload PDFs daily to keep product info updated.

I use Zipchat AI for fast replies to customer inquiries and detailed support. It maintains a friendly tone, works 24/7, and connects directly with customers across platforms. It only uses our data, improving response accuracy, and remembers changes to enhance communication.

What I like most is how easy it was to install and integrate with our website. The customer support is excellent, especially outside of office hours. It also gives us insight into the questions our customers are asking, which helps us adjust our business strategy accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Zipchat AI?**

So far, we haven’t had any issues. It does throw errors from time to time, but once they’re corrected, the same mistake doesn’t repeat.

**What problems is Zipchat AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipchat now handles all of our straightforward incoming queries, which frees up time for our customer service team. As a result, they can focus on the cases that truly require our attention, and this has improved our response times overall.

I use Zipchat AI to answer our customers' questions and increase sales. I really like how good it is at relating information. I also value the routing it offers, because we don't always have to go and see what's happening. Zipchat AI is intelligent and goes beyond just being a chat, and the initial setup was simple.

**What do you dislike about Zipchat AI?**

Zipchat AI should update and reindex the pages periodically to avoid providing obsolete information. Additionally, it should also respond in a multichannel manner, such as answering questions via WhatsApp.

I use Zipchat AI for 24-hour customer service, clarifying doubts, and customer support, which helps answer our customers' questions and sell more.

Zipchat has reduced the frequency and volume of contact to our Customer Service and Technical helpline. Previously there was no facility for customers to raise product queries without stepping away from the site, therefore impacting on the customer journey and reducing the likelihood of conversion.
