What I like best about Zip is how intuitive and user-friendly it is, making the intake-to-procure process seamless for employees. It eliminates unnecessary friction by guiding requestors through the right workflow, ensuring compliance without slowing the business down. On the procurement side, it gives us visibility, control, and automation — reducing manual work, improving approval speed, and driving better decision-making with clear data. The biggest challenge has been Zip’s pricing strategy — at times it hasn’t always felt fully aligned with customer expectations.
