My miners have gone offline for a day on occasion, for which I have been compensated, but I would prefer this not happen again. I just like the miners I own to be active at all times. It is good that my daily mining earnings were not affected, but it is a matter of preference, and I prefer my miners to be online at all times. The fact that my miners continue to run seamlessly with a 10-minute delivery is a huge win in my opinion. The delivery speed they continue to offer on their marketplace is certainly impressive, especially given that we are now in a bear market, and providing such an impressive service is becoming increasingly difficult for crypto companies. In my opinion, the MOQ is too high. It is feasible for long-term bitcoin miners like myself and even more so for the average investor in a bear market, but as we transition into a bull market, purchasing 'ten' miners at once will become difficult for both common investors and long-term miners like me. I think it's pretty cool that the miners are online within minutes of placing an order. The customer service and team are also quite nice. Typically, the customer support executive responds within a few hours of receiving a ticket. The team members on discord and telegram are also very helpful, as I prefer DMing them if I don't want to raise a ticket and just have a few questions, to which they always help me out and make sure my query is resolved. I prefer that my miners be online at all times, and they are always online here. However, over the last 6 months, there have been a couple of occasions when my miners were offline for a day each, for which I was given a replacement miner so that my revenue was not affected. However, for me, it is a matter of security and having the assurance that my miners are safe and operational, and I would prefer that they never go offline again. While researching them, I came across this narrative about how users claimed that their miners went online in minutes, and I had a hard time believing it. However, after placing a few orders with them, I am quite impressed to see that this is true, especially considering how sometimes miners in other mining companies do not go online for months. I began with the marketplace where the MOQ was only one, making it easier for me to test the waters. After I was convinced that these guys were legitimate, I decided to transfer to their trading desk, which had a variety of miners that I was interested in, but the only problem is that the MOQ is 10. It was not a problem for me the first time I placed an order because I ordered 12 S19 XP 141. However, I usually place an order once every month or two, and buying more than ten miners in each transaction becomes difficult. I'm hoping they lower the MOQ soon. The MOQ on the desk is too high. Reducing the MOQ could make it easier for me to bulk order in smaller quantities every month since I prefer ordering every month. I attempted to contact the team to resolve the issue, and while they did respond that it would be resolved soon, it was not satisfactory. I'd like my miners to be online at all times.
