They're expensive for us since but we're able to mark Zintro's work up and keep our customers happy at the same time. I'd rather fill a project and have a happy customer come back than have a perfect margin on every transaction. It pays off in the long run. We don't have the human resources Zintro has or the brand name. We also do a lot more panel work so our participants can get "stale" for some of our top customers.
