It has thorough options for evaluating all our units upon turnover, from our smallest and most basic efficiencies to massive 6 bedroom single-family homes. Sometimes it is difficult to denote certain specific details in the field. Occasionally need to invent workarounds for certain tasks. For example, we are working on a way to indicate whether damage to a specific item is the responsibility of the tenant or the owner to pay, but the system doesn't let you proceed unless you input a specific action in the damages field.
