Current authorized logged-in credentials aren't always mirrored to the newly opened window or tab. I have been using ZINFI for over 8 years now for Cornerstone on Demand and I can truly say it helps me a lot in providing the Partner registration, CSoD product information, Training material on CSoD Galaxy, Certification &Badge information and Webinars on Release Management all under 1 roof. Undeniably, it is one stop shop throughout the career of a Partner for all his/her training, upskilling, support, certification and reporting needs. It provides a great onboarding experience to every partner by providing all the necessary tools and resources. **What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?** Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about ZINFI as Unified Partner Management product however, one small thing I didn't like is to set up and login into OKTA after logging into ZINFI to access CSoD transcript, trainings and certification. It creates a hazzle to login and OKTA verify through its app for the partners. Many a times we forget its password or password expires due to its criteria of time and we have to reset password by answering secret questions on it which we answered at the time of account creation. **What problems is ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZINFI helps in partner relationship management with Cornerstone On Demand. It helps in providing a pathway to Cornerstone world where I can learn, upskill, get certified and regularly track my performance.
