The fast response of the portal is the best feature. The moment a lead drops in user is notified. Furthermore, it sends a reminder if a lead is unattended for few days. As such, I have not seen any significant flaws in the portal. I think the portal must get the contact details of every lead.

I am using Dynatrace partner portal powered by Zinfi. and I think it is very user friendly. The each section of the page in partner portal is opening fast. it is easy to understand where to find the information what i need. I actually do also like the design of the page . I think Zinfi is easy to use, because the platform is very friendly and intuitive, with a clean interface that makes it easy to navigate and access the features I need. Login pages are very similar, so I guess it may confuse users sometimes.

I particularly got confused sometimes if I'm entering in Dynatrace Partner Portal or Dynatrace demo environment. It's not a real "dislike" but it's something that should be changed in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
