Very simple to use, I especially like the way the top and side menus can be used to navigate. There are lots of helpful contents that are conveniently structured. Also every resource is consistently updated.
The "Training and content portal" functions are ones that I personally use quite frequently. Finding content, viewing papers, and even playing videos directly from the platform are all very intuitive. The platform's features have helped me educate and train myself while keeping me informed about our partner's products. When assisting clients with the use of the products, I frequently use the portal to access reference materials and support documents. The "Deal registration" function also works as expected, and comparing it to other partner platforms that I am using I have nothing negative to say about the way ZINFI has structured it on their end. There is nothing much dislike about zinfi. They are fully supportive and helpful. Sometimes their keysight zinfi portal will be slower may be, because network traffic. But that will be cleared soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
