"Easy to Use & Well Designed Portal"

What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

I really love the design of the portal! It looks great and super easy to navigate. The way the features are organized into different modules makes it really simple to find and use. Everything feels well-structured, and moving between sections is smooth and intuative. I also really like how well the portal runs—no delays or glitches, just a fast and seamless experience . What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

The portal works really well overall, but one thing that’s bit frustrating is the error that comes up after reviewing user details on user Record page. When we try to go back, it just shows an error, and then we have to go all the way back to the welcome page before we can continue. It’s a bit annoying, especially when working on a lot of user records at once. Would be really helpful if this process is smoother so it doesn’t take extra time. What problems is ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The portal is super easy to use and very user-friendly. Unlike other platforms where it’s hard to find basic features and things feel complicated, Zinfi makes everything simple and clear. The layout is designed with users in mind, so it’s easy to navigate. Because of its simple design, it saves our time, and we are able to deliver before deadlines, which helps us maintain a good relationship with our customers since we are working as a partner.
