Key features include: • Partner portal and onboarding: Configurable partner portals provide each partner with tiered access to training modules, sales assets, deal registration tools, and communication workflows, segmented by partner type, program tier, and geography. • Deal registration and pipeline management: Partners submit deal registrations through the platform, with automated approval routing, conflict resolution workflows, and real-time pipeline visibility for channel managers and sales operations teams. • MDF and incentive management: The platform manages the full MDF cycle — fund allocation, claim submission, approval, and disbursement — alongside automated commission calculations, rebate programs, and Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFs), with multi-currency and tax compliance support for global programs. • Through-channel marketing automation: Partners create and distribute co-branded campaigns across email, social media, paid search, microsites, and in-person or virtual events using centrally managed brand templates and pre-approved marketing assets. • Reporting, analytics, and AI automation: Dashboards provide visibility into partner activity, campaign performance, MDF utilization, deal conversion, and partner-attributed revenue. Workflow automation tools reduce manual administrative tasks across partner onboarding, approvals, and communications.
